This is the first video I’ve seen whereby I’m shown the sound in the mouth and told about precise tongue positioning. Extremely helpful and it’s a super nice tune to learn
Thank you for posting this Aaron, your way of teaching the technique is absolutely spot on, highly detailed and simple to follow. Please keep them coming.. 👏👏👏✌🎼🎵🎶🕉
Saw a performance of yours on global vibes. Bought my harp next day. I watch these tutorials and try to do what you do. Might be worth hearing someday. You’re definitely the best . thank you so much.
Thanks a lot for the great demonstration and explanation! I have been using that technique and rhythm without ever thinking of breaking it down like you did. You brought me better understanding and deeper practice. Best wishes!
Brilliant Aron, thankyou. Your advice about breathing through the nose is particularly helpful. I find it very difficult to breathe through my nose, so I shall practise this technique. I'm looking forward to more advanced lessons in English!
So much fun to play and learn thanks for sharing! Subscribed and I’m looking forward to looking at all your videos, even those that are not in English! 👌
@@AronSzilagyi-doromb I’m just about to release an album, plenty of jaw harp on it, it’s a cross between blues, central Asian folk and middle eastern music, so let’s see how it goes!
Thank you so much for your english tutorials, love them! Please make some more 🙏👍❤ I have a question to the intonation, how do you make that deep sound at ~ 8:11 and 8:26??
I really REALLY THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS IN ENGLISH, I BEEN WAITING FOR YOU TO HELP US , I BEEM PRACTICING THIS FOR 2.MINUTES NOW AND GOT THE FIRST PART DOWN. PLEASE DO SOME MORE
Hello my friend 🙏 - this was my first time seeing you- I do not search. For reference, I mostly play Glazyrin lighthouse with a pull stroke, no pushing. I bent the reed maybe 5 times to different sounds, so now it may be fragile. It mutes with inhale, and sustains with exhale. I matched you with percussive "tah>-ka-ta-ta-tee-tee>-tee" Really good video 👍 I will see more
Thank you for your comment. It isn't healthy for the instrument to bend it many times (or at all). They can easily break. (You bent it probably too much inwards.) I will upload some more tutorials in English. Have a great day, Á
@@AronSzilagyi-doromb I bent the reed for an outward facing bow, the tip does rest inward. Adding soul to mass production- but I can see it is time to order fresh, I did play too hard- for now I can still be gentle. 🙏
been playing about six months now forced myself to be strict as possible with the rhythm and nEOW technique. will post 30 second video response of my progress if your interested. thanks anyway from new subscriber
