You just hide and run from him lol, he is that "Invincible enemy that follows you through the level and tries to kill you to stop you from completing the level" type of boss.

You need to look at the number on the bomb to place it on the correct corner, you can't place it just anywhere

LOL the tank boss feels too big for the hallways. i think they scaled it down and even then you can see it clipping through walls as it turns.
