Absolutely love the footage of you guys paddling onto those waves. Great to watch tow surfing, but nothing beats watching someone getting to their feet and making the drop, plus everyone paddling like mad to avoid getting caught inside or that wild feeling of going over the falls backwards! Never been in anything as big as that, but going over backwards in 10 or 12 feet is a weird thing. Must be terrifying at Jaws. Anyone know if you can 'go down the mine' on those waves and survive?

I only occasionally watch surfing, and it just popped your video, and I was like the only Jaw flick i have ever watched was the old old one where there is a yellow heli flying between the swells filming I guess???? When i saw this video title, I was like right on, Jaws heavy, goes off etc, i was like gotta watch, and you are insane dude, I have no clue how many waves you surfed or how many times you wiped and just got pummeled or how many other surfers got pummeled just sitting out there and suddenly a monster comes through and eats like 5 or 6 surfers who ditch their boards and try to go out the back and I assume get sucked in??? I have no clue how in the world you can even surf that long that many waves, in those shifting conditions with back to back swells coming in so tight the skis can't even get surfers out of the break becuase the next wave is there already when you pop up. Pretty incredible man, I wouldn't be caught dead out there in those sea conditions. Epic video!
