Interesting to note that this photographer, Jonathan Mannion, has also done cover art for numerous Jay-Z albums (looks like all) until 2010. It will definitely be material to this case to compare any agreements they had for Reasonable Doubt as opposed to other album cover art they worked on afterwards.
I think there is something bigger afoot here. Dame Dash just tried to sell the first album "Reasonable Doubt" as a digital copy. As matter of fact Dame is looking for a buyer now. Well my thoughts is that Jay had to put the clamps on this photographer, so he can't sell the photos along with the album when Dame finds a buyer. Idk just my thoughts. It's just why is Jay so concerned about these pictures now?
