Some people call JT soft. Let me tell you what soft is. Soft is letting your insecurities get to you under pressurized moments. Soft is finding excuses and blaming other people for your own short comings. Jayson Tatum is not soft. He is mature and he is a leader. Look at how he handled the Heat in this series. He didn't even give Martin or Bam the time of day. That is the ultimate flex. It's a statement of your shit don't work on me and he proved it with how he played throughout. Tatum understands that his role on this team is to lead and he understands how to make the players around him better. He, JB, and the 2024 Celtics have the makings of future champions and it's only a matter of time before he (Tatum) gets his moment to really remind the world of what he can do. Excellent series JT, see you in round 2!

@@FB15786 stop it. We have a winning record against yall with jimmy in the playoffs since 2020. The one time we lost in 22 came down to the last shot. Missing your star player and 2 other players is definitely going to affect the series. Also if you been paying attention jimmy coasts in the reg season. He is known as playoff jimmy as a reason. If tatum was out yall would be complaining

My comment was referring to the heats performances against the celtics this year. Where we handled the full or almost full lineup just fine. We would complain if Tatum was out& we did so last year. You told us quit crying. But your speculations are now valid? NO!😂 Jimmy foul baiting himself into injuries isn't going to rain on my parade😂 Also.. Jimmy is on the decline, whether you want to acknowledge that or not & Terry has had little impact. Your healthy lineup was less than mediocre all year. They weren't taking this series! But respect to heat..and we'll see you next year at this same time I'm sure😂✌️

We gotta appreciate JT's improvement and maturity. The shots may not always fall, but his decision making has been very sharp. And the result shows in his +-. Looking for his team mates, making the right passes, the right reads, drawing multiple defenders, and so on. It's a very talented team, but it's also very noticeable how even more unselfish this team has been compared to the previous season(s).

@@wynn324yeah I mean look at how we’re winning with him just focusing on defense and facilitating rather than scoring. There will probably come a time in the playoffs when we need him to turn on the scoring to the level he’s capable of, but I’m confident when that time comes he’ll be ready. People will hate on him for not having amazing stats in this series but he did what he needed to do to and the heat got dominated. The results speak for themselves. The team would probably be worse if he insisted on shooting 25 shots every game

Tatum still overall has no killer instinct. Dose not play hard for 48. Very seldom moves without the ball. To much nonchalant playing. Will never win a chip until he eliminates the half ass playing.
