yo papa with no meter the setting you need to look at is visual cue, release is the easiest for beginners you hold until right before they release the ball

Quick tip. If you feel like your jumpshot is slow, your able to make it quicker. In your settings(the same place you changed shot feedback and meter) theres a shot visual cue release, push, set point and jump. Each of the releases are based on where to release visually without meter for it to be green. So jump being the fastest release and release being the longest. Hope this helps

MMG how you can dunk more is by going into your sliders labeled in features on the main menu page and turn your contact dunking success up so you can dunk more.

Your shot release is set to push so whenever your player starts to push his arm forward then that’s your window. Not the wrist but the arm. It the same for everyone just different timings

I used to suck with no meter, but I learned if you watch there wrist when they shoot you can almost green any random jumpshot. Just release when you see the wrist start to flick

Hey Matt please look up the visual cues for 2k. It will improve your shot timing tremendously. I personally use the release setting.

So for shooting without a meter: you gotta look at your animation cue. If you have selected push in the menu. You need to release the ball wenn he is pushing his arms upwards. look it up at youtube quick minute videos explain these. Its much easier to green wide opens than it is with meter.

Blocks turn into rebounds for whoever retrieves the ball after the block. 😂

If you hold x on offensive rebounds you can do put back dunks. And if you go up and down on the right stick quickly while driving to the basket you’ll get better contact dunks !!
