Probably Jay only feels bad because of the legal pressure. Its a complete BS what he did, but nobody actually died. In Logan's case, it was a real corpse that he got in tape. I don't try to justify any of both douchebags behavior but Logan probably felt more of a moral pressure.
What bothers me more about this whole situation is these vids are posted on RU-vid and with the titles AND thumbnails JayStation is doing, YT doesn't flag or take them down even though, if I'm not mistaken, don't the videos go thru a check process?! I dunno for sure

They got no solid proof, he will get a warning first and will be told to remove the video. In a system so stupid like that you would just need to comply and nothing would happen. The warning willbe lifted, and LEO got no proof on him if they decided to look into it. YT literally helps them to erase evidence as to not complicate the company and scare off ads and investors. Big brain honestly.
In case of CS:GO Lotto, LEO got proof on them thru the website and ownership of the company. They traced it back to the videos and partners, those partners definitely ran their mouths bcs who tf wants to be incriminated as an accessory to gambling and scamming scheme - to minors no less, just bcs they made one single video about the site? Thats solid jail time. Their lil fingers couldnt erase the videos fast enough.

At first - I legit felt bad for Alexia cuz I thought she just got dragged into one of JayStation's (many, countless) terrible video ideas. But the fact she went along with it and ONLY spoke out after the backlash is shady af. Who's to say this isn't all part of the plan? Actually, she wasn't okay with it from the start. Look at the interview scarce did with her because Jaystation used a lot of videos of her out of context.
I actually found a young girl(child) that made a video of defending jay. I argued with her on the comment section about the evidence that wasn’t valid enough to defend him. We had a small back to back before I just stopped it. Didn’t want to continue because in the end, she had her own opinion and I couldn’t really argue with that.

Very glad to say, after seeing my son watching a JayStation video at a mates place, I later asked him about JayStation. He had no idea who I was talking about and promptly went back to watching Jacksepticeye. We have had discussions about Jack's language, about how it is adult language and how he uses it in context. much prefer him watching JackSepticEye.
