Even though I couldn't follow all of your notes because I am a bloody Jazz beginnen, I was able to Pick a few ideas to enrich my work on the Song. I am about to get through it dringend my lessons. Yeah, I like the B-Minor/G-Major key best and I like all thos 11-chords and stuff. Great minds think alike. The problem is, I'm learning too many ballads and that means my audience will end up going to sleep, talking too much, walking out too soon. I need to learn more up-tempo stuff. Love this ballad, though! You do it so well!

My own experience with this song: I am still not over the singer Margreet who song this. she sang it also in Bm, I rememer that I played mainly over the m7b5's: 87 4m3 87-43-87-43 licks, a two times 6tole fill what Is rather typical for Chick Corea, only the hemiole aspect gives it an interesting turn. Your Wagner Chords, I don't get it yet but sound Geniusly Beatiful, your arrngement very interesting I am going to check it out, concidentally I was recently for the first time on piano with another female vocalist working on The Tune, the reason youunderstand+ to get better on piano in comping! This vocalist is especially well when themes have classical touch to it that's why I also choose You'de be so nice...

At 9:30, I think the song you may be thinking of is Bill Evan's arrangment of A Time for Love. One of my favorite Bill Evans' performances. Wonderful tutorial as always!

Great lesson and beautiful playing...as usual. As to suggestions for new tunes...how about "Line fir Lyons" by Gerry Mulligan? It is hard for me to get Chet Baker's counter lines incorporated into a piano arrangement. Thanks for all you have done..and continue to do!

Great video, Tony. I'm working this song up myself right now with iRealPro and I'm using the enhanced chords from the Real Book, but some of those chords you used took my breath away. I especially loved the F10 under a C∆7 (F∆7, 9, #11), as well as the G∆7 under A (G∆7, 9, #11, 13). I'll be going over this video very closely over the next few days.
