While almost all Black Sabbath fans are familiar with the stints of Ozzy and Dio (and perhaps even Ian Gillan) fewer recall the brief but fascinating tenure of Dave Brubeck as the band's front man.
SO like in my family...its like a thing for me to force my musical opinion onto others....like at Christmas dinner we listen to Sufjan Steven's Get Behind ME Santa and all his eps....at my upcoming birthday my dad wants to cook for me, he's a great cook so yay!, and now I'm going to get to listen to some seriously awesome jazz covers of my favorite Black Sabbath and maybe Ozzie songs for my dinner I will blast this!
Screw Black Sabbath.. So now its official the Holy Trinity Of Hard Rock would be Led Zepp,Deep Purple and Uriah Heep.Period....the royalties of Paranoid album must go to Jazz Sabbath...
if this is true, then beside Black Sabbath the same goes for Led Zeppelin they stole a lot of songs from other blues musicians and they have never admitted. ... and the The Holy Foursome Of Hard Rock should be Grand Funk Railroad, Deep Purple, Uriah Heep and Atomic Rooster !
@Doctor Manhattan you are the dumb here, I have that record from my father in the late 70s when I was 9. Do you have any ideas how many Metal bands stole from other music genres bands. Any clues? if you actually play guitar and play songs from many genres you will see that even poser like dimebag darrell, hetfield stole a lot from Overkill,The Police,Alabama, ect Have you heard Vanusa song"What to do?" and reply me back with the Sabbath song"version,,"pls. I love music but yes internet destroyed everything and also bring back buried issues.
