Loving watching the channel grow and it's a genuine public service as a biker it's great to get the info on all the rules that have changed since I passed many moons ago. Just an idea (sure you already thought of), you should drag out some old timers with years of experience and see if they'd pass their tests - put me down as a fail.

Love your videos mate. Just one thing that really bothered me, such a small thing but it might be a big thing, who knows, is that your recording audio is only through one channel while your voice over is on both channels. It get's distracting when you're wearing headphones! Otherwise, great camera footage and what not!

Strange… all audio is recorded on mono. Not sure why it’s doing that in your headphones. I tried mine and it was fine… sorry about that. I’ll get the audio team (me) 😝 to sort it out next time

Minor fault for the pedestrian waiting to cross the road seems a bit harsh as clearly the pedestrian made no commitment until the car moved. Potentially the driver could have waited for minutes and would have been marked down for hesitancy.

It’s not a rule that I’m totally in love with tbh. And yes I also think it can be a bit harsh. However these situations only ever manifest themselves as driver faults very rarely would that escalate to a serious only if the pedestrian was in the road… but it’s more showing a willingness to follow the rule. If the pedestrian doesn’t respond move forwards. Not an issue

Examiners are pretty tough. I think if he had waited a bit before the give way line, it would have signalled to the pedestrian that he was allowing them to cross. Totally agree with you though. Can be a bit harsh

10:55, shouldn't use tha hand brake at stop? I notice in other videos that this is a fault, if not use the hand brake at stop, I'm getting a bit confused 🤔😥

It’s not a fault if you don’t use handbrake. You just have to bring the car to a complete stop, and remain in control. If using the handbrake helps you to remain in control, use it. But it’s not required
