In this replacement I used a Panasonic 21700 Li Ion battery which holds 5000 mah rather than the most common 18650 which only holds 3xxx mah max. Also I steered away from the original Li Polymer because they are quite expensive.
Is the JBL still working with the 21700 battery...it's been 11 month since you posted this great tutorial? Still fully charging and sound volume like new? I am planning to copy your method or did you experience some problems?! Many Thanx!!
