Thanks for this video. But you did not check or mentioned the connection sound; Fake vs. Original This is also a important indicator to spot a fake product.
I got it for even less :) there are some interesting places to get return items, its a risk but I got it for parts for $50 and it was just missing the usb-C cable. I was shocked to see just the one large center speaker, I thought one side of the charge 4 was dead.
I noticed my fake I got on eBay from China was much lighter and the general construction was junk compared to the real one. I have a case going on eBay now for a full refund.
If you don't have the budget to get the real JBL, instead of having that garbage fake product better buy a Tribit speaker.. it sounded much better than that crap and yes, Tribit products are usually very cheap.
What I've noticed with these fake Chinese copycats is that, the retail price is always so much cheaper than the original, so really, you shouldn't be scammed that easily. Unless they get bold enough to price it the same as the original
Dam this video is 7 months old?? So these where $250 bucks just 7 months ago?? And now brand new only $79.99?? Dam the price dropped on this.. even charge 4’s are like the same price as this.. how much were charge 4’s when this video came out.. but for some reason xtreme 2 are like the same money.. have not went down in price that much
My fake jbl extreme 2.0 (fake) is better than the original jbl go but not good as the original jbl charge and flip and mine only ten dollars and also i test at the store before buying and then I see that it's has more bass but also not so clear sound but it's also loud,also you guys need to test before buying
I use 3.5mm wired connector cable for IPOD Touch.. REASON: Bluetooth drops the battery life of the Charge and the IPod by up to half.. Using a wired connector, (turning off bluetooth gives more play hours.. And the EMF of the bluetooth is not good for your brain.. Looks like JBL did away with the (you call it auxiliary) 3.5mm port to plug in wired devices like Ipods.. and the new ipods have 5.1 bluetooth that is not compatible with the 4.1 on the charge4 bluetooth.. They just made my Charge 4 obsolete. and because i can't upgrade to the Charge 5 without going completely bluetooth, i'm just out of luck.. Time to find another Brand that is compatible with 3.5mm cable connection and 5.1 bluetooth. Planned obsolescence..?
When the fake JBL Charge 4 is playing my real JBL Charge 4's subwoofer only moved a bit, with LOW LATENCY MODE ON WTF Edit: the clip 2 my subwoofer didn't even move, only him TALKIGN MOVED WATDAFHCJ
Its a nice video for sure. But i can see that you just speedrunned some details, but not all in a nice and slow way. You reviewed 2 speakers in just 8 mins. You didnt try more type of songs, you didnt mention the quality of packaging, at the authentic charge 4 you didnt even pack out the cables and etc. You should do these more focused.
