So theoretically...buy an echo Dot...buy a JBL Flip 4 for every room with at least one being 3.5mm from the echo. Then have Amazon Alexa play throughout the house instead of just one room.

I have 5 of these Flip 4's. Still better sound than the 5 or 6 which don't have mics. Buying then all off market place. Wish I could by them new again. Also they are built like tanks.
Totally agree with you. My Flip 4 is almost four years old. And there are still only 2 options that bother me: its micro USB charger and its dead battery. But when I came to the store and compared the sound of my JBL flip 4 to a JBL flip 6, I was shocked as the 4 sounded better than the 6. So, next speaker will be a Marshall Emberton
I'm still rollin with my bose soundlink mini 1st generation good sound I take it on the road when I travel for work great for hotel parties, I'll upgrade in due time.
