JBL TUNE 220tws Factory Reset (how to) 

Yup. My case discharges completety down .. even tho it was Just charged and just used an hour.. I can't use the Case other then for charging and Transport in pocket

I had a problem with MIC and left it back to the store. The sound was very good !!

Indeed! The sound is great, they are very comfortable, but they are so temperamental that makes me want to throw them at a wall sometimes. If I'm using just one of them wich I do quite often during meetings so I can have 1 charged all the time, it just disconnects after a few seconds into the meeting, same with calls. The only way I have to make it work out is taking both of them out of the box, start the meeting/call and then put one of them back in the box. If I do this, for some reason it won't disconnect. The problem (aside from this being annoying as hell) is that this trick isn't really practical or feasible when receiving calls because incoming calls are unpredictable and you need to know you're going to be on a call to do this trick. If someone is planning on using the earbuds independently, skip this one's. They are behond annoying. As a matter of fact fact, skip this earbuds, period! The charging is temperamental as well, clean connectors and sometimes they still get a bad connection and decide to not charge, or not charge fully.

@@Sergio-tz9fu hey! No I haven't fixed it. I don't want to mess with it since I won't be able to put it back together again. But if you charge the headphones again for about 10 minutes more, the battery goes up to %100. Then you can use it normally. That's what I've been doing.

This sounds like a manufacturing defect. Are yours still under warranty to get a replacement?

I'm having the same problem but it just started happening the other day and there not even a month old

Did you check if the small grill is clean? It tends to get clogged and makes the earbud quieter

Sounds like the battery aged prematurely. I’d contact JBK for a warranty replacement.

sounds like it's broken or something. Mine don't last the promised 3 hours but i am always able to use them for atleats 2,5 hours. Do you still have the receipt?

I’d contact JNL about this issue. Sounds like the battery doesn’t have the capacity that it should.

Same case with my left earbuds. Can reset fix this problem?

@@self-madejacobo8281 yes i picked up some alcohol and ear straw hold the earbud from above and the earbud have to face down so the alcohol would not corrupt the bud and clean it gently and dry it

@@michellemackenzie4777 Harman house , they replaced it twice in 1year . JBL thus provide reliable customer service , but this particular product wasn't upto expectations

Only the right earbud works by itself. The left one requires the right one

Did you try using the earbuds with a different device? Is the behavior the same?

There is not password. This behavior is usually an error in the Bluetooth driver. Most often is disappears when starting over with the pairing process

Hi, when I had this problem in the past, I ended up removing both devices from the phone and then added the earbuds one more time while both earbuds are out of the charging case. That time they would work correctly.

It is hard to see the pins on the bottom of the case. But can you see if they are straight and expanded all the way?

Did you check if the part that goes into the ear is dirty/clogged?

The left bud does not work by itself

You should be able to fix that with the factory reset.

When that happened to me once, I attached charging cable to the case and inserted the earbuds for a couple of minutes. After that they turned on again.
