I agree. Terrible user guide and quick guide. I can't figure out how to make them louder. I just realized my jbl go 2 Speaker had same issues but I finally figured out of you turn up the speaker using the actual button on the speaker, it's way louder. Maybe that's what's going on with the ear buds. They're just not that loud and have no bass.
Thank you very much for your video. It may seem simple but I tried so many ways to pair my TWS straight with my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and it was not working. Then I simply put the JBL TWS 225 back to the case. Then I took one of them out and saw the led is trully blinking blue. At this time I press scan on the watch and it showed up, without asking for a PIN that is what everybody complains about. To my surprise when I got the 2nd ear piece it was already paired (as a pair) with the first one and the sound was nicely stereo, zero problems. So I dont know what I was doing wrong before, but just watching the video and following the steps WORKED. Thank you !!!

@@MegaSafetyFirst One question. This is my first set of wireless earbuds, is it ok to put the buds in the case between uses, even if they don't need charged? I don't want to damage the battery by charging when I shouldn't.

@@Leon-jn4vn personally I think they’re good! The sound is amazing! Coming from Airpods user to this earbuds, the downsides are just the functionality, I have to press the button to pause unlike Apple Airpods that detects and stop the music when we take of one earbuds. But it doesn’t really matter though, I get used to it :) the connectivity is really amazing too, it connects directly when I take out the earbuds from the case. Overall I’m really happy with this JBL tune 225 tws Orange ghost edition 🤘
@@ChelsyXu What do you think of the battery and do you have the feeling that the material is cheap? As if they could break quickly? Because I've seen reviews where this was criticized.
@@Leon-jn4vn no it doesn’t look or feel cheap at all for me. It’s quite sturdy and thicker than it looks like in photo. Battery life wise, the case itself doesn’t stay longer like Apple Airpods, and we have to constantly charge (lift up both earbuds and placed inside until it shows charging indicator) the earbuds when we’re not using it. As they drain the battery when placed inside the case (idle mode), and I just noticed it recently though, but it doesn’t bother me at all because I’m only using it sometimes not too often.
@@Leon-jn4vn and for the earbuds in use, they can last at least 2 hours for me. That’s why I’m totally digging it :) and the design is just superb! The sound quality is nearly perfect for me. The bass is quite heavy and it kinda sound noisy, just make sure we get the volume setting right on our device. I still think Apple Airpods has the best sound quality though. However as long as it does the work, I’m happy with it.
Thank you for the instructions. I purchased my earbuds last week and have used them connected to my iPhone, however when connected to my Fitbit via Bluetooth the volume is too loud. The earbuds don’t appear to have a volume control. Is that correct?
I have a pair of the 225 tws. They worked great. Then, all of a sudden the left one works, but the right one flashes blue/white and won't connect. Tried powering them off and on. Tried forgetting them on my device and re-pairing them. Still nothing. Any ideas?
SOMEONE PLEASE HELPP !!! My earphones havent been used for a while and i just found it almost after an year, i chared the entire thing and my case seems to be fully charged and so does my earbuds but when i take the buds out of the case the earbuds dont work as in i kept holding the buttons but it doesnt blink or nothing. What should i do.

My earbud (is just like this one) but the right one keeps blinking when I put it back in the case. It blinks white and blue. Its also very loose. And it’s not charging 😢 when I put it on after a minute or so, it starts to beep. Obli the right one. If anyone has any tips
I’ve heard from people that a factory reset sometimes fixes the volume problem. Did you check if the small grill where the sound comes out of is clogged? They tend to plug up with dirt over time and can make the earbuds quieter also.
@@MegaSafetyFirst yep I just soaked in alcohol and brushed it out. It helped a bit. But it seems they was a bit louder before . How can I factory reset? Just the tips in alcohol not the whole unit

when you say holding the button down for 3 seconds mutes the mic, does it mute the mic when you are on the call like you would if you were on the phone call app usually press the mute icon or does it actually mute the mic on the headphone itself?
I have an issue. With my left earbud, the sound will only come out of the small black speaker on the side, whereas the right one works fine. I’ve tried cleaning it and everything but it won’t work. Help?
So my 220 earbuds on the casing all the lights are blinking and it wont stop blinking and beacouse it is blinking the casing doesnt charge the buds so if you know whats happening pls tel me
@@Rosbergen80 I figured it out. You can turn up the volume with a light press 3 times on the right bud. It's hard to figure out but once you get it you know.
Any advice on what charging brick to use? I have android. Is the Samsung fast charger going to hurt it? Should I go dig out an old 1 volt brick? Thanks
Some people reported having problems with the fast chargers. I recommend using an old 5V 1A charger for these earbuds. The charging time will be the same, since the case doesn’t draw more than 1A anyway.
Technically yes. In my experience the audio quality of the microphone in these earbuds is not very good though, which is why I never use it for this purpose.
I just want to asked why mine is automatically disconnected after I call or sometimes after I listening music I need to re start my phone and re connect again so I can use it again to music or in RU-vid
Hi, that is a very strange behavior. Are you able to try out the earbuds with a different phone and check if the same thing happens? That way you could narrow down if it is a problem with the earbuds or the phone.
Hello! I don't know if you can help me. I have mine for two weeks...was working well, but today as I listened music I got a phonecall and I couldn't answer just heard nothing just a cracking sound (and on the other side couldn't hear me)...after end of the call the music went on, so it was working. But as I want to make a phonecall it doesn't work... :( What should I do? I re-connected/turned on-off but still doesn't work....
I’m trying to find the answer to this too. I feel like it’s not a feature. I’ve looked at multiple videos, Google a ton, read the manual over and over- nothing. The only way is by adjusting it on the actual device, not the earbuds.
