This video explains how to fix the problem when both earbuds of the JBL TUNE225tws wireless Bluetooth earbuds do not work together. But they do work individually by themselves.
For everyone, if this doesn't work. Try to disconnect your blue tooth from your phone. Put both of your earbuds out and click three times on the button, both at the same time. That did the trick for me somehow. Just try putting them in/out, turn them off/on and do this trick. It worked after 2 hours for me :o Update: omg you are all welcome ❤️
YOU ARE THE REAL MVP! Thank you for sharing this for everyone. Turning off Bluetooth and taking them out of the case worked. My Google pixel found the headphones and enabled Bluetooth for me. Slow blinking blue on both confirms synced. 😌
The guys who take the time to create these videos for us all to learn from their experiences deserve any revenue they may derive from the advertising. The are saving JBL from having to staff a helpline. JBL should show their appreciation by giving them free equipment.
mine was the right one that was not connecting, I tried this repairing several times without success, until I only pressed the right one three times, and almost imediately it stopped blinking and the left one blinked once (I hadn’t done anything with the left one), and it worked!
Thank you ! I got more info from your videos than JBL themselves. I had to turn off Bluetooth on my phone and turn off both earbuds by pressing and holding the buttons before putting them back into the case and then pressing 3 times on both buttons simultaneously for it to work but it did work in the end ! I had some Jbl twin live pros that stopped working after two years of use only (a little bit after the warranty expiry date) and this pair was gifted to me by someone who had won them but never used them. JBL earbuds seem to be really janky honnestly.
thanks for this video it is a lifesaver. These earbuds are one of the worst things I ever bought constantly have connection issues and battery life of 1 and half hours
Everyone has something positive to say about your video but I have not gotten it to work. Guess I'll keep trying these headphones are getting harder to find all the time and I LOVE them!
If this didn't work and only one side keeps working (for me the left was the only one connecting to my phone) Turn on Bluetooth on phone and take out the one that isn't working and put it in ear, connect to phone (that should work now) then take out the other earphone and connect it to your phone and then should work 🙌🏼 I don't know how but it worked :)
totalmente funcional, tenia el mismo problema y lo solucione como dice el video pero intentandolo varias veces muchas grcias pense que ya tenia que comprar otros
I got it to work but can’t really say exactly how. So I couldn’t get it to work. They either flashed blue and white forever or finally went just flash blue. I tried it several times taking the ear buds out of the case and leaving them in the case. Eventually I got it to work as quickly as it did for him in the video just took a couple minutes and some playing around. Eventually they connected while still in the case with the lid open
Hi how can i fix my jbl tune 225 always asking for pair every time i use it coming from the case? I think everytime i charge it it reset itself any help?
Dude you’re a legend but mine still won’t pair. They don’t return to white after like 3 minutes. They blink blue in the case. Of courseeeeee today of all days. edit: holy sweet Jesus I got it. I had to remove myself from other humans and electronics by about 35 feet. There was too much interference. Computers talking through the air and other Bluetooth devices and my phones wireless broadband etc etc. After you watch this guys video when you’re having thoughts of self harm at work cause your earbuds don’t work, walk to the nearest Nature Spot and do what he says.
I tried a few times and for some reason when they both flashed blue and white, they turned straight to blue for a few minutes and then the right one showed white while the left was flashing blue quite slowly. Is that normal?
I did everything exactly the same and the first steps worked perfectly fine but instead of turning white the keep blinking blue one after the other slowly not fast …
Just in case some else has the same issue I tried also the other too options that I found further down in the comments . Taking them out of the case and pressing 3 times on both sides did not work but there was one comment about pairing them new with the phone . That worked perfect . So what I did exactly was disconnected and deleted every connection on the phone that was safed in BT . Then took out the headphone , just one side and pair it with the phone ( starting with the one that was not working right ) . After connected to the put it back in the case and repeat the process with the other side . When both are connected separately took them back in the case and take them out . They connected immediately with the phone and eachother.
Anyone else having an issue where the left ear bud is much quieter than the right ear bud? If so please let me know if there is anyway to fix this issue :)
In the Apple settings there’s an option to balance the earbuds in stereo and I balanced it out by turning the left more dominant and now they play at the same volume
How long does it take to go white? Mine started blinking blue kind of fast - almost in the same rhythm... then the tempo slowed, both still blue, again, almost in the same rhythm. But they are still blinking blue, after like 20 minutes. So how long to wait? TYVM
I have the same issue but the led light from my left earbud turns off the moment I take it out of the case. The led light works when it’s charging in the case though
@power k y scy Same shit dude,it used to work for me like 2 days ago fine, and now this happening,it's either left or right playing but not both of them at the same time.. lol
When searching for it on the Bluetooth on comes with the name JBL TUNE225 TWS and the other is JBL TUNE225 TWS - LE. when enter 0000 as the password for JBL TUNE225 TWS it is only the right one that connects but the left does connect. And when you enter 0000 or 1234 password for JBL TUNE225 TWS- LE response as failed to connect
@@mygiguser i fix it now here's what you do. Use the ear buds (play a song) and then put the low sound earbuds to the case. Just put it directly. And then after 15mns playing one earbuds only(it will adjust to mono) , take out the other one from the case and you will hear a buffer to the music(both will adjust to stereo) and should be working fine now. If this doesn't fix yours maybe the wax or maybe a hardware issue
I did this, but I have the problem that stereo mode isn't working (at all?). I did this, but when I did a stereo test, I had a mono sound. Can you help me?
For those that still can't work, here's what I did after reading the instruction manual. 1. I took both out, and only one connected and had audio 2. I turned both off(hold both buttons 5 seconds) 3. I turned both on(hold both buttons 2 seconds) 4. I pressed both buttons 3 times 5. I did the above process twice. Connected both successfully. I hope it helps!
That was the only way mine worked, thank you so much! I tried everything but nothing happened at all, i even blamed weather for being stormy and distracting my bluetooth signals. you saved my day ^^
@@ceren77777 aynı yazdığı gibi yaptım önce resetledim kulaklıklar kutudayken aynı anda ikisinin de tuşuna birkaç sn basılı tutup resetledim sonra telefondan da cihazı unut yaptım kulaklıkları çıkarıp 5 sn basılı tutup kapattım sonra 2 sn basılı tutup açtım açıldığı an ikisine de 3 kere arka arkaya bastım bağlantı kurma sesi geldiyse tamamdır sonra telefona bağladım düzeldi umarım anlatabildim
I’d try removing both earbuds from the phone again. Then take out only one earbud fron the charging case and pair it to the phone. Right after that take the second earbud out of the case. Then it should work as intended.
This video did not help. Earbuds will not play in stereo ! Any other way to sync them together. Mine flash blue/white and never go to just white. Will start flashing slowly just blue. Please help soon!!!
@@kwilson2783 yes!! It was my iPhone setting. Settings Accessibility audio/visual Balance Mine was all the way to the left. Put it in the middle… problem fixed!
I found a solution take off your ear buds from the case and turn them off. After that turn it back on and press the button at the same time 3times and it will sync after few min it will work together
Hello, This is the second set I'm getting in 3 weeks. The left one does not charging and ultimately stop working. I unpaired them and put them back in the charging. The left one first, but its not charging and the white led is blinking for one sec after 2 or there attempts and then turn off. Any help will be appreciated.
I did many times... but not working... white light is just steady... not turning into blue color. Tried to reset and follow this steps but still nothing. ☹️
The speaker in the left one might be clogged up with earwax/dirt or any other outside debris.Try cleaning it out properly and carefully then give it another listen and it should sound way louder
for iPhone; forget your device, take them both out of case, out them in your ear, 3 clicks to not working one, 3 clicks to other one, then connect again. worked for me. paired and continue to music. doesn’t change the fact that these are both shit buds tho.
I have a very strange problem with my jbl 225tws. The right earbud is working just fine, but the left one stops working once you take it out of the charging thing. If you press/hold the little button nothing happens. The light on the earbud is white and on while in the charger, but as soon as you take it out the light stops shining and its like its broken. I have had my jbl's for about half a year now and dropped them more than i'd like to admit. If anyone knows anything about fixing this problem or has had the same experience, please respond to my comment. Thanks!
In that case my first guess is that the battery inside of that earbud is defective. The charging process should slowly raise the voltage of the battery. If that does not happen, the case will keep trying to charge it and the LED of the earbud stays on while in the case.
Unfortunately not. It might be possible to replace the battery inside if the earbud. But I honestly don’t think it is worth the effort, compared to finding a new earbud online.
is still didnt work for me..when i try to pair with ohone always appear 2 ear bud...left and right it is becuase thay are not pair togeder? ok it work after 1h thx alot for the vid
