1st one i think was a mix of three sadness, scariness and alittle bit of happiness because if you think about it he wanted to see her one last time before he actually died/disappeared. 2. I really do believe the officers heard the dead mom calling to them to save her baby girl, thats kinda awesome to me she tried to still save her baby 3. Idk what to believe about whether it was revenge on the guy and his mom or if it was an accident but that one was sad that it happened to that poor girl

Japan is such a scary place in terms of ghosts. Since i was little scary Japanese horror movies scarred me for life and i heard many stories from people who lived in japan those haunted apartments are real and rents are cheaper as well
