Trump says Blacks lower property values. He’s been cited and fined for repeatedly refusing to rent to Blacks. Where is your pride? Btw, trump’s father was a member of the KKK. He was even arrested during a rally. It would be unforgivable for a Black person to humiliate themselves by voting for Trump.
I'm with this being a brotha, I appreciate the man coming through to kick it. He wasn't even against Black or brown, and his parent was a person who sitcom to drugs and bounced back a testimony, and he, like us, held an ill will towards her. Appreciate his courage again. I am voting for him and Trump, especially after being in a struggle over these past years under Harris. She claims to be for minorities, etc, and all I saw was my money became funny. Then saw illegals here in NYS get free stay and money cards. Hell, my family and my people need one but didn't get one, and I'm hurting financially. So nope Im voting Trump Vance 2024 y'all. 💯💪🏾✊🏾
Harris isn't for anything but the destruction of this country because she's simply complicit in it. She's a puppet. Someone is telling her to "Dance" out there. I wonder who is really controlling her ya know? Same with Biden. The reason they hate Trump so much is because he CAN'T be controlled. It's that simple.
@@kukud44 facts. saw it nearly from the start with his demeanor and how he phrased some of the things he said and terms he used, and then he truly revealed himself towards the end. some ol some ol with these people.
I totally agree!! I was listening to his comments with an open mind... but when he dropped the line about his excitement to have a "black" "female" to look to in this election... I was done! JD Vance runs circles around Kamala as a VP pick already and he hasn't even been elected. After all this Q&A - still turns out this pastor comes across as insincere! Shame on this Pastor. But unfortunately it's to be expected anymore with all the smoke & mirrors this administration has created.
They have to. Their congregation is watching and the majority are probably on the fence . Im 20min in so far fair. Just the fact he is there says something.
He gave solutions , he gave his common concerns, he explained some of the issues those areas have faced and had to deal with and live with.... and the pastor glorifies the other party to Mr. JD's face that has done nothing but hurt that community. Hurt to see that. Wish them well.
I noticed that as well. I understand where he's coming from, but I don't understand the support for an administration that completely disregards Americans and only shows up to pander minority groups when it serves them. "They're doing the best they can" is exactly why he's not getting the results he wants.
That's why the public schools are the way they are. There's no changing the minds of some people 20 years from now they will be asking the same questions
I think the pastor was representing himself and his congregation. Going to a venue that is possibly unfavorable to your party is risky for a politician. Both sides of the conversation were well spoken and well intentioned. More like this, people coming together and finding common ground.
Sorry but that pastor is a clown. JD was just trying to tell him why there wasn't a school meal programme. I wonder if it was negative to Trump if he would have allowed it.
And that’s why people don’t go to church anymore they see the pastors don’t go by gods word. They will never get funding for there schools if they vote for Harris.
@@luchiayoung I thought JD did a find job of letting God's light shine. It was the only thing nice and what the devil had planned for evil, God used for good!
Agree. In the beginning, he mentioned being at a point in history to be able to elect a black woman as president, then scolded JD for saying one political statement. That aside, as a white woman from the rural deep south, the ideas they had implemented during COVID, and the expansion they want to accomplish were ideas that born out of necessity are genius.
He was very pro-Democrat and Kamala isn't black! He's part of the problem, not the solution. He'll vote Democrat and expect change and the Demoncrats will ignore him for the next four years.
good observation... talked about black woman in the white house And kept pushing for public schooling and billons on teacher union and vice pricipal pensions - the real result of public schools
A pastor voting for pro abortion is so wrong. Also to bring in color is inappropriate. According to Candace Owens, there is a lot of mystery around Kamal's heritage. Even if she is partially black, that does not mean her culture is more similar to some blacks than JD's culture is. JD probably has more in common with several of us than Kamala does
I know the pastor is a great man with gods intentions but what I heard is that he is still voting for color and that’s all. To say that the current administration is doing there best is the craziest statement I’ve ever heard.
Facts. After that statement all his credibility went out the door along. I lost all respect for him and am now questioning his intelligence and intentions.
@@yeshuaisfreedom I don't know if I believe that a 'Christian pastor' could be that blind unless they are lying about who they really are and are without Christ. I could notice the very different vibes between the two men as soon as they both sat down. I discerned immediately too the one guy believes in some demonic doctrines.
I want to thank the pastor for hosting Senator Vance; but I completely disagree with his last comment that “ Biden and Harris is doing their best for the American people”. The proof of the pastors thoughts is completely fallacious. The last 4 years alone disproves and disqualifies his views. The last 20 years cements that things are completely wrong and continue to go that route if this pastor and those that think like him continues that argument
If this is "the best they can", then it is clearly not enough. If this is the best they can, they have to step aside and let more qualified people steer the country.
Probably because every media outlet in the US is an arm of, and campaigns exclusively for, the DNC. They don't even try to hide it. Google is doing it, too.
The Trump/Vance team is the greatest combination of a team I've ever witnessed. The best thing I like about these men is that these guys are for all Americans.Faith is a big part of this Nation & it's constitution.I'm glad to hear from real supporters.
I’m glad that J.D. agreed to sit down with this Pastor, especially since they have differing viewpoints. A major issue I see today is the refusal of a lot of politicians to sit down and have meaningful, adult discussion, even though-and maybe because-they don’t agree. Unity will only come when we sit across the aisle from each other and discuss our similarities and differences in a way that allows parties to debate without name calling, with dignity and grace. Instead, we’re often preaching to the converted, yelling into the echo chambers we’ve devised. I’m heartened to see two disagreeing adults be able to sit together to hopefully come to an understanding of each others points of view.
And a lot of Indians (me included) are not voting for Harris. I myself voted for Trump. And besides, no matter who wins there will be Indian representation at the White House. And Harris is a Baptist (ironic considering what she did). Has membership to the Third Baptist Church of San Francisco and is married to Doug Imhoff who is Jewish.
@@borisdodgingbullets *Baptist. She has membership to the Third Baptist Church of San Francisco and is married in a interfaith marriage with Doug Emhoff who is Jewish. Which really begs the question whether she is really a practicing Christian or just Christian in name. I think she is just Christian in name and she pretty much hates the religion (we saw what she said to that "Jesus is Lord" dude at her rally) but just keeps membership to attract votes
I’m a 54 year old black man from Maryland. I lived in Harrisburg for a couple of years as well as in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. There is still a great deal of mistrust across racial lines. The skepticism is often most severe in the “black” church. Sad, but true!
I was all about JD from the moment he was picked for VP while other's were hesitant. I already knew he was legit. But he KEEPS surprising me. Dang this guy is good!
“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and over and over again and expecting different results.” I see a change in young black men, let's hope the rest will follow soon because the world is standing on the precipice right now. Trump/Vance 2024 !
Agree. We need manufacturing back, we need prosperity, we need better economy. A rising tide lifts all the boats. Let remember that we were in much better shape during the previous administration. So, let's give them another chance to fix the country.
The Theo Vonn interview proved that JD may be the most “real” dude to get into politics in decades…he thinks, acts and talks like we all do in real life.
JD Vance is such a thoughtful thinker. He delineates his beliefs is a logical and meaningful manner. He brings a great balance to Donald Trump - they are a great team!!!
Because JD Vance is well spoken and genuine. If the networks had their choice they would ignore him and focus 100% of their coverage on TDS talking points.
I love this conversation SO MUCH! This country needs so much more of this. THIS is how to get problems communicated and fixed, not sensationalizing and fear-mongering in the media and politicians pandering and giving platitudes without ever truly understanding or fixing anything. PLEASE, America, watch this and take notes. We should not settle for anything less from our politicians and community leaders. These gentlemen got it right. 💯❤
The pastor is such a Harris and liberal fan it’s so pathetic when he shut him down about the men in women’s sports clearly he has no back bone or convictions jd Vance is class act so so respectful and classy despite this liberal lukewarm pastor/ Christian
How fantastic to have two people with probably opposing political affiliations look for solutions to fundamental problems AND not be afraid to express their faith based values.
This is an awesome conversation. It’s sad that Democrats don’t engage in these types of wholesome talks. Always based on racial divisions rather than principles. The pastor threw in a wrench at the end in wrongly support the present administration.
It takes a lot of courage, and its not easy, to balance illusions and truth and determine which is which, knowing that among your congregation there are people sold to both sides.
Mr. Vance. He did everything he could to answer that gentleman's question but he He dance to round Name Who's the real problem..... He did A excellent job on that interview
So nice to hear a down to earth and interesting conversation about the lives of the peoople on the ground. That pastor is such a good advocate for his community and I wish him strengt and success.
I agree with Vance on the school vouchers. Also, the daycare and after school program funding should be available for church daycares and family sitters that is not available for parents currently. I heard Vance discuss it when a town hall attendee asked about affordable childcare.
