I believe she has 2 cardioid mics set up, provides a more full sound for her voice, recording in a small room, no ventilation or running ventilation, sound foam on all the walls and the ceiling, with a screen showing her script, all this out together makes it so there is no sound other than her voice, it's so fully captured, the high and low tones, and she never goes off script

Immersion was broken when I found out the guy uses jell pens. Never met a guy that has more than a couple pencils and a single normal pen including myself.
