This is cozy. The first part this excellent "glad to be home after work" vibe, and the second half, though very much emotional and dramatic, still has that sort of vibe; "weariness in a safe place" sort of thing. You sound half-way serious and half joking about the waiting to wake up from the dream thing. Impressive.
Interesting stuff, running an adventurer's guild. I'm impressed with the narrative here. It's not just how the conversation developed, but also how the MIS-adventure of the earlier vid underpins it.

I may be reading a bit too much into it, but the insistence to lock their door has a couple scary implications. Something bad can maybe get in, but it's not strong enough to break the door down.
