A student was shot and the other student ended up serving a life sentence in prison for murder...all due to jealousy. They take jealousy very seriously these days. That is why that jealousy needs to be reported because, it leads to much more than just destroy friendships. It actually endangers lives. If you see jealousy at school, work, in the family, at the mall, anywhere, report it to the building security because, jealousy endangers lives and friendships. If you see something, say something because, jealousy is explosive and poisonous. It provades our schools and communities. Really, jealousy is bullying under a new name.

@@masterofdeath5648 Yes, you are right. If your girlfriend, spouse, whoever or whatever is cheating on you, yes I can almost tell you that you are going to get jealous. HOWEVER, it has to be handled in a very gentle manner. Handling a jealousy related problem is a VERY delicate procedure because jealousy is a very delicate situation. If cause a friendship to end and all this, your spouse or your spouse's boyfriend can light off and make the problem worse. I have a story about this. 4 years ago, we had an incident like this at the pool where I work. We had a couple who worked for us and then, a third person came in and the couple allowed jealousy to go to their head. That jealousy got so out of hand that it endangered not only their friendship but they were creating a scene. And, the third person pulled the fire alarm. And, I had to fire both of them. I would like to think that it was the friendship problems that resulted in the third guy pulling the fire alarm but Heaven forbid if the third guy would have done something else. If you are concerned about a spouse cheating, never interfere with her friendships! Because, that will result in a divorce even faster than if you didn't do anything at all. In fact, in a marriage, in some, if not most cases, jealousy between your wife and her friend...you're better off not saying anything. Especially, if her friend happened to be her ex with children. But even if your wife is cheating, it is beyond crucial and critical for it to be handled carefully. And, if you do have a cheating wife, if you allow the jealousy to drive a wedge somewhere, she would likely divorce you. You should talk about it but don't drive a wedge between her and her friends and never demand her to end things or she will end the marriage with you. I know this because, that is how my parents got divorced. In some cases, with cheating spouses, you may be better off not saying anything. Jealousy has to be handled carefully.
