Very happy to discover these lesser-known but highly evocative pieces. 9:08 - 9:27 reminds me of the intermezzo section of Rachmaninoff's Corelli Variations, written almost 15 years later.
Agreed. I was less familiar with these works when I made this video, and after becoming more acquainted with them I would certainly choose either Dubè's or Jacquon's recordings instead. Perhaps I'll remake it sometime ;)
