I'm really sorry, but Hypnotic Poison isn't my favorite anymore. Scandal is less loud, more feminine and perfectly suitable for the day. I prefer it, it also looks a bit more modern.

I think this is better than Hypnotic Poison. It's softer, more rounded. Beautiful.

I own and adore Scandal le parfum. I also own Hypnotic Poison edt and I do really like that too. I do get the similarity to hypnotic poison, but they are definitely different. Unfortunately Hypnotic Poison is really weak on me (latest formulation), turns to a skin scent as soon as it dries down, and disappears from my skin and clothes too quickly. Scandal le parfum is stronger on me, and lasts so much better, I can smell it on clothes for days. I've had many compliments on it, even late afternoon when I put it on at 7:30am. I doubt I will purchase another bottle of Hypnotic Poison as I just don't think it's value for money, but will continue to buy scandal le parfum definitely

Hey Amy, I totally concur on not buying frags that are too similar to one another. I intentionally want to curate an eclectic collection from now on. Personally, I prefer OG Poison, Midnight Poison, and Pure Poison from that line. They are so mysterious, clean, and soapy just how I like them. Thanks for helping us dodge these bullets out here in these fragrance streets...lol. Btw, today my SOTD was a combo of My Way Intense and Si Fiori...MAGNIFI-SCENT...lol.

I have this and love it... prefer it to Hypnotic Poison as I don’t get any root beer scent from Scandal le parfum. I find it to be softer and easier to wear than HP. I love from me!

Scandal Le Parfum to me is a cross between Hypnotoc Poison and Good Girl Supreme. I really enjoy it but feel it is probably redundant in my collection. I will have to see if it stays on my list.

Thanks for this great video, Amy! I am shopping around for a fragrance for my GF and this one really caught my attention today among some 15 different samples I tried at the store. She is 46 and lives a very active/sporty life, yet she is very feminine and cute. I think this would be a great fit for her :)

I really like Scandal le parfum, it's a favourite at the moment. I compared it to Prada candy but much better. I don't think it's similar to HP at all but maybe that's because of the playdough I get from that one.

The first thing I thought of when I sprayed it on my wrist was hypnotic poison . I'm not a fan of the smell but I feel like Scandal is less sharp in a way. Will not purchase it yet but if I had to choose I'd go towards Scandal

I’m so glad I wanted this review. Because after sparing this perfume on my wrist, I kept thinking: it’s remind me of something. Definitely Dior. But this one is more wearable for me. There is some note I. Dior that bothers me. JPG perfume is very nice, seats close to the skin and won’t offend anyone. I just waited a Wow effect from it. And I didn’t get it. Thanks for the review Amy I swore to the perfume gods I would not blind buy another fragrance I need to actually smell it in person and apply in on me I had so many fails and returns so now if I want a new fragrance i will take time to go to the department stores to avoid fragrance frustration lol Happy Halloween 🎃 love from cali

It’s moderate on the lasting power. Nothing ground breaking. Just a moderate cozy kinda scent. Hope that helps.

I had a smell of this and thought it was just ‘nice’ definitely don’t think the scent is very unique at all and something you can probably find in another designer fragrance

Just got a sample and was so disapointing. I absolutely love hypnotic poison so i wanted to give this one a try, but on my skin all i get is salted cherry lollipop with play dough, it smells so synthetic that i can't handdle. Perfumes are so intriguing aren't they?

Try Zara Nuit, very similar smelling. But the zara one doesn't last too long, but again it's cheap 😁

I blind bought this around spring time and was very disappointed. I kept wearing it trying to love it, but just don’t. I even packed it up. one day I’ll sell all the blind buys I don’t like.

I gave this one away to someone in my family, I don’t remember who 😩🤣 But I was so excited for this one and I was very underwhelmed with it. I just had a few perfumes that smelled similar and smelled better on me. Definitely sell them! That way you get some money back because perfume gets pricey when you add it all up. 🥰

You are the only person on YT that has similiar perfume taste to mine, so I can get some ideas from you🥰😍🥰 I was recently complaining how I can't find perfume that I like, and after that I found too many that I like 😁😂Now I need to stop buying ASAP😅
