Jeannie is keeping it oh-so REAL and opening up about her hip-hop crushes. Find out which rapper the co-host may have the hots for, in this fun clip. Find out where to watch: bit.ly/1y8pmiN
I know that's right AND it makes sense...at least to me! I know that she truly loved her now ex-husband, but I would never have guessed that she would be with a white man. Until I saw him, I assumed her ex was either Black or Vietnamese.
@@drayko4157 LMAO. Right? Also, this is a married woman talking about looking and gawking at other men. The women on the panel would HATE if their husbands talked about other younger women this way, especially on national TV.
But it really wasn’t OK if my husband was telling the whole world that he wanted to date someone besides me and the person was the exact opposite of me that would be a problem
Cancers we’re the best 😉. Jeannie always wanted a black guy. I’m really not surprised she’s with a black and having a baby. I knew this would happen. Jeannie chose the safe route…. I like her and I’m not really into peoples relationships but she did. She couldn’t have made it anymore clear that she wanted to be married to a black guy because of this “swag” they have, lol. Me I like Caucasian and Latin men because although I dated black guys…. Only one ever courted me but the other races of men, they courted me and didn’t try to rush me to have sex. They were very alpha males, who lead and took control, and they had confidence and wanted to please me. I dated a guy briefly for 3 months and he kept talking about Latin women. So I dumped him back in the 90s. He was stuck on Latin women and although I’m Afro-Latina, I’m not Boricua. He was very colorist. He was light skin black. He made a stupid comment that “if Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold ever got into a fight that Tisha would win because of her color, us light skin people gotta stick together” he was soooooooooooo happy he came out light skin and that he wasn’t subjected to what his dark skin brothers were subjected to. But anyway he had a baby by the boricua woman, they broke up and for the past 25 years he still checks for me. His woman don’t clean cook nothing, she’s high maintenance blah blah blah. I’ve blocked him on ever platform. He befriended all my friends. He’s a Gemini and he knew way tooo many women. He was like damn you were always independent, had your own, never asked me for nothing. So you know what that means. Simple women, he doesn’t want to put in the effort. He was so embarrassed when I dumped him, he didn’t tell his family. What would he say?? Oh she wasn’t Boricua. He’s like oh your caramel complexion but he wanted his child to come out light skin. Anyway… if I feel a man thinks I’m out good enough and he wants an exotic woman, then go for it! I’m out🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️😂 crazy how they pick one kind, think it’s better but it’s not. A lot of black men do that. He used to get jealous of men looking at me. People wondered why I was with his scrawny ass anyway. He was a player. I met 2 women, through a mutual friend and it was years apart and they dated him but broke with him because of his shallow ways and he didn’t want to use a condom either. He keeps chasing light skin women but he’s having problems and he’s like oh let me see what my ex is up to or let me try a real black woman. He must be falling on hard times or looking for someone to take care of him, cause last I heard he still living in the Brownsville projects at 46 years old. Calls himself keeping it real in Brooklyn lmao 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
But see you're putting the blame on the victim of this mess. Why was Tamar even putting down a trap [your own words] for her in the first place? And saying "NEXT" is easier than done for some, when you're in front of a studio audience being goaded by your co-hosts to be honest on a show that is called THE REAL. She said Frank Ocean to kinda laugh it off but then Tamar kept going. She couldn't shake her lose. Tamar was a dog with a bone. Shame on her.
Sally Riposte No. You can be a victim of anything wrongful. IMO, she was one by being duped by Tamar to spill the tea and then attack her for saying it.
@@brandiscott1855 No...you're right. There was a conversation one time I can't remember the exact topic but she did name Jeezy in one of the conversations
plenty of married people compliment other people on how attractive they are, it doesn't mean they don't love their spouse. people who make a big deal out of it are just plain insecure. i get the feeling Freddie is not. Good for him.
Right!! Just because you love someone and marry one type doesn't mean you can't like others! If I marry an Asian woman, I can't think Black or Latina or White women are beautiful?! Yall need to stop with that! Lol
Ok so i have noticed tooooo many times that Tamar always tries to shade Jeannie it's becoming so obvious and i noticed everytime Jeannie talks tamar never really smiles or nothin or tries to discredit anything she says...,now i love Tamar i think she brings a lot to the show each of them do in their own way but lets call a spade a spade almost every episode there's something new.,there is a click Tamar and Tamera Loni plays both sides adrienne is sometimes for jeannie but mostly jeannie by her self...my suggestion is that the girls rotate seats from time to time
A lot of people are missing the bigger picture here. They always want to look at that one clip and judge her. I was a fan of the real and Jeannie loved black men. Which is why she ended up getting married to one. She never wanted her ex husband she didn’t even respect him enough not to say something like this on national daytime television smh. Now Jeezy is divorcing her as well smh.
Tamar provoked that situation. All Jeannie was getting at was that she finds younger men who possess a certain attitude to be attractive. She never wanted to give an example but when she said "swag" Tamar jumped on it and tried to infer that it meant something about black guys. She was almost forced to admit that, then made to feel bad about later by Tamar who had the nerve to call her out on it stating that she's not single. Look how uncomfortable she was, and Tamara who knows how it is to be in that position never even tried to change the topic or provide some support. Like I said in another comment, their is a click type thing going on and its like everyone is in on the joke but Jeannie. Its not fun to watch. I'm starting to think that "dark meat" comment gave Tamar a feeling of entitlement like she has the right to humiliate Jeannie about her attraction to some black men and then remind her about her white husband. Pretty sweet coming from a person who openly admits she wears blond wigs because her husbands preference is for short WHITE women. Shameful...
mscourt haha I'm glad you agree! quasez54 Yes I agree. Maybe Tamara needs to look at who laughs that loudest when Loni cracks a joke at her expense because it sure aint Jeannie or Adrian.
Jbandsglover, I think you have to know that the group can tell when Jeannie is bluffing. That is probably why they are picking on her. They are not attacking the fact that she likes black guys. They are looking at her sideways because she is married and is lusting after other men (especially men who look nothing like her husband). When she said she likes guys with swag she didn't even say Freddie :( . That could have been an easy way out of that uncomfortable conversation. Instead she sat there and thought of rappers she liked, as if to prove that "I really do like black guys." I nearly laughed when she mentioned Frank Ocean. She could have avoided that trap. I do think it's messed up that they are testing Jeannie like that, but Jeannie has to be real sometimes. Tamera has been picked on for being herself, but the group has come to respect her because she is authentic.
Empressive I see what you're saying but let me ask you this. What right do any of those women have, including and especially Tamar, to question Jeannie's marital life or her intentions?. I'l tell you, absolutely NONE. You say that she's always crushing on men that don't resemble her husband. Is that significant in any way, shape or form..... I think not. hell she dident marry any of them did she? People could ask Tamar why she finds slim men on the show attractive and is married to an obese man. Its who you fall in love with that determines the possibility of marriage, not who you lust over which is probably why none of her crushes resemble her husband. Lastly your point about Tamara. Look I don't know how this is going to sound, but Tamara is part black. Loni is black, Tamar is black and Adrienne is with a black guy. For them to identify with each other despite major differences is absolutley possible. Jeannie on the other hand feels the need to overcompensate for not having something to identify herself with. She's trying to gain their acceptance and they shut her down. Would you feel comfortable being "real" with people like that. There's many things she'd like to say I bet that she's afraid to because they might be about black people or just foreign to their culture but look how she's treated when she tries to identify. Sometimes you just have to look at the bigger picture.
Her marriage was doomed from the start. She married someone that was acceptable to society, but what she really wanted she probably thought at that particular time would have hindered her career
I doubt it, her career would have likely benefited from dating a rapper sooner. I think her previous marriage had everything to do with making her family happy. Just like there's plenty of people that marry/date someone because they know that someone of a particular look/race will please their parents.
@@Tigerkem I was saying acceptable to society and family. Her ex was a good "look" but the entire world knew what she really wanted. I mean she screamed it ALL the time lol!
As much as people like Tamar, after having her off the show, she wasn't a good fit. She's too "big" of a personality. Just way too much all the time to share the spotlight. I think she's better off doing her own thing.
Am I the only one who finds this extremely inappropriate that she was a married woman blushing on live TV about crushing on other men as if she were single? It’s just disrespectful IMO 🤷🏽♀️
the other co-hosts knew how uncomfortable this topic makes her, cause they all knew that Jeannie had problems with her marriage. Loni & Tamar were dead wrong for making her answer the question when she CLEARLY didn't wanna talk about it.
Everyone is pointing out Tamar but the truth is that Loni was the one that first asked and everyone else wanted to know. EVERYONE WANTED TO KNOW! But yet of course people pick on Tamar because she was loud about it, actually watch the video people and know the actual truth damn
Well if Loni asked it initially, why was Tamar so hell bent to know? And why did she shame Jeannie when she said her answer? That's why I'm "picking" on Tamar.
Maybe because that is Tamar's personality. Maybe that is how her and Jeanie react to each other. Why can't they just have a friendship like that? Come on now.
Ki-Jana Moore. Yessss! Finally someone who actually payed attention to how the segment actually unfolded. People so quick to cry foul when it comes to Tamar but where were all these people when Loni ( since last years test season) and currently this season has been accusing Jeannie of being obsessed w/black men.
EmpressEmani That What I’m saying my question is why did she married him if she like black men if you get what I’m saying I mean I know he loves her and she loves him to but if you like black men in the first place than what are you doing
@@deronnekingcaid4328 She married Freddie for financial security but she said dark meat on the side. Clearly black men are to be screwed, white men are for marriage and I'm sure more accepted by her family. She said out her own mouth once her parents went to Freddie's family wine vineyard they couldn't marry her off to him fast enough. They fell deeply in love with him financially.
Tamar always buggin Jeanie , just because she has a crush doesn't mean she's not in love with her husband .... I'm sure all women have a secret celebrity crush and men do too , this is the real! Let's just all be Realistic and stop bashing Jeanie .
Her marriage was doomed from the start. Who wouldn't feel some kinda way if their wife was talking this way about a particular type of man that he is clearly not.
LOL!! I dont think they get on Jeannie just because she likes black guys. They would get on Tamera for liking white men too if she reacted the same way as jeannie. I think they would get on her regardless just because they like to clown on her cause she's so excited all the time and just her personality. she gets so shy and its adorable!! And just because she's married doesn't mean she can't find other men attractive, she's human! And fyi, i love her and freddy together but Jeannie and Wiz would look AMAZING together. :)
See that was her conscience alllllll along knowing she wasn’t really into her husband Freddy with his country ass. She always wanted to be down with the brown honey. Lol she was just afraid to admit it. Look at how uncomfortable this was.
See, this is what I was talking about yesterday, with Tamar there is a whole different feel to the show. Like it is a bit more confrontational, for a lack of a better term. Like she was not letting Jeannie just whisper Common and move on, she was basically digging the hole for Jeannie and yelling "Girl! Come on in! I made it just for you."
But here is the thing sabadaga1 these confrontational moments aren't due to them talking politics or having different opinions on something. Most of the time it is either Loni or Tamar making someone uncomfortable to the point they seem to sort of go into their head. Like if Tamar was on when Chilli was there, Jeannie might not have felt as comfortable to dance and act the way she did. For you know Tamar would have said something to take her out of her comfort zone.
Tamar does it to everybody nt just Jeannie.. She called Adrienne fast, she says loni never spills her tea but waitin 4 everyone else to, she rags on tamera, it's her personality and they all handle it well including Jeannie
Loni gt on tamera for being slow, she told Jeannie she had no control, she told Adrienne she was a pushover, and she always picking on Tamar about her husband knowing good and damn well Tamar don't play bout that so my point is it's a relationship they all have with each other that allows them to navigate thru a real conversation that all women and men have married or not....and sometimes it's uncomfortable but that's y it's interesting and keeps me watching because idk what anyone is gonna say at anytime. There's no script no fake... This is how me and my girls talk all the time and part of that is making fun and not taking it too seriously... Jeannie is alright... She needs no help defending herself she does it just fine
I actually didn't think this was all that big of a deal. Remember these are the same group of women that have been doing Man Crush Monday for months now. Had Jeanine just said hey I think Wiz has a lot of swag and I find that attractive it wouldn't have been an issue but Tamar's insistence on knowing and Jeannie's unwillingness to reveal her answer is what made this a bigger deal than it was.
Exactly!! I was beginning to think i was the only one who felt this way. Jeanie was actually annoying to me for making it a bigger deal than necessary. Had she just spit it out the first damn time, it wouldn't have been so dramatic. lol
Sally Riposte But it's tv and the more dramatic the more viewers you pull in.Like a juggler ,do you want to see the guy throw up balls and catch them all or the guy that almost drops that last one?
+pixigirl999 I think that it must have been something deeper than that like maybe Tamar knew something or saw Jeannie lusting over someone and so she decided to take it a little further.
This segment was cringe-worthy...if u watch the previous episode u find out what Jeannie's problem is...she never thought she would be married because she was taught to be independent and basically a workaholic...she tries to fit in with the panel because when she actually has something REAL to say she's usually cut off and can't get her point across...the pressure to be REAL causes her to reveal TOO much about her marriage...I know cuz I used to be like that...all that "dark meat" talk is an act...she can't relate to these women and I'd rather see her leave the show and do her own thing instead of acting for the cameras
Love these girls but Jeanie talks crappie about her husband constantly but always giving another man (always a black guy) props lol. I'd love to b a fly on their wall at home lol
