Dang was hoping for a metacloak 6 pack lift. Yes I agree with kevin on the white walls. But when I go to think about it white walls don't hold up to side wall scrubbing with rock crawling and off roading

Jeep WJ Grand Cherokee had a triangulated 4 link from the factory. Ride and handling was great even lifted.

That transformed the Foster Child into a Monster Child. Can't wait to see how it drives! Time for Dana 60's - then you can weld in the rear axle.

The lift and tires seriously changed the look of the Gladiator.

FYI, Those are keenserts not helicoils. Keeserts are stronger and are better for applications where you will be removing the bolts more often.

Those rear sway bar end links need to be adjusted way longer to keep from the sway bar from flipping when fully drooped. Otherwise looks like a nice kit!

Show how the Rear Upper Arms attach to both sides, especially the frame side. You did not show that on the stepchild either and that’s the most unique part of having a 3 link or triangulated 4 on the rear of a modern Jeep.

Loved the video anyway, and thanks for the great tutorial on beadlocks - I am probably one of the few people watching these that didn't really know how they work, so thanks for that. (didn't the poor-man's version used to be running sheet metal screws into the bead?)

Love this build. I REEEAAALLY need to win this so I can pull my RPod travel trailer to the campsites. Oh by the way, may want to have those guys look at the u bolts holding the rear axle bridge trailing arm mounts. they need some larger washers, then the lock nuts to bridge that slot they are mounted in. Edit- until you weld in the truss.

what a big difference . looking good. what are you using to reprogram for the tire size and trans shift points. still looking at up sizing my tires to a 37 on my Rubicon JL but not sure what reprogramming method would be the best. to many to pick from for such a small adjustment in programming . keep up the good work . white walls always out .lol.

Were you able to mount a 37" spare in the stock location with no modifications?

you guys always seem to amaze me in how much you don't know hahaha at 16:13 i spy a misaligned split washer (not like they do a ton anyway), but that one isn't doing anything.

So funny to me that you are doing the balance video at Northridge when my balance was so out of wack because of them. They mounted and balanced them, I then had to take them somewhere else who asked me who balanced them because they were so badly done and doubled up on weights. I am running KMC beadlocks with a 38" Milestar Tire.

Any idea how long this conversion typically takes? Minus the time for scene framing, product placement, getting Brit to prove her bobs (yes I spelled it wrong) fit in small shirts, and Kevin's Ninja moves, etc?

I want to order the rock krawler you installed on the stepchild. But I have the sport s maxtow, does that affect which one I get because it has d44 axels. The regular sport s/overland doesn't have it. Do i order the sport s or Rubicon one?

Are these kits designed to have the front a little lower?

I’m just Sayn here , but I would like to see the opinions expressed in these videos supported with a little more objectivity. Such as a solid bar is stronger than a hollow bar. This isn’t necessarily true. The following is from a mechanical engineer who says that: It has to do with how the strain is distributed in a beam. In compression the solid beam is still stronger, and both are equally stable (with adjustments made for the different peak loads). However in bending they are slightly different. So basically the farther away you get from the neutral axis (which for small deflections is pretty close to the center of the tube) the more load is carried. I won't bore you with the details, but essentially the middle core of the beam isn't doing much which is why you can remove ~70% of the beam and still support close to the same load. Note that the solid beam is still stronger, but not by much (assuiming the tube is reasonably thick).

I've never had any issues balancing my Milestar MT's. I love these tires, I won't be switching to anything else. The Gladiator look's awesome, they look kind of sad stock.

Just like the JLU Wrangler, they are very unappealing until the lift is installed...
