Today, we got 37” Falken Wildpeak MT/01 mud tires put on the Jeep Gladiator stock wheels. Let’s see how they fit! I have an AEV 2” lift waiting to be installed. I’m trying to keep the stock wheels because I like them and I’m trying to see if I can get by without any wheel spacers.
I noticed a very slight difference and barely any sluggishness after putting on 37’s. Not much tho if any. I recalibrated the Jeep’s computer for the new tire size using the ProCall tool that came with my AEV lift kit and now the Gladiator feels back to normal when driving as far as the gas pedal feel, acceleration, etc. the MPG after a few hundred miles is staying above 19.Xmpg. That’s great if you ask me! I drive it like a grandpa tho.
***Update: I have installed a Clayton adjustable rear track bar to install. The front will rub the edge of the front skid plate at very sharp turns such as parking lots and Offroad when turning sharp…not a big deal to me.. just back off the turn at tad…
