Since we love the classic timeless look of the JL Wrangler, we wouldn't want to change any of the overall looks of the front grille, and thus this Mopar Satin Black Grille (part no. 82215114) fits our requirements for us!
This installation video shows you how easy changing your JL Wrangler front grille is and this can be applied to all front grilles with various other designs. At the base of it all the removal and installation of the JL Wrangler front grille is similar whatever the design is!

Great video! I was looking to update my sport s grille to this same black one as well and I needed to order the trim pieces, because the sports don’t come with them. This is the only video I’ve found showing the entire installation of the trim. Thanks!

Great video for people who own the Rubicon. However, people who own the Sport Wrangler cannot transfer the trim pieces from their existing grille onto the new black Mopar grille. You need to order those three trim pieces separately, and unfortunately they're black, not the color of the Jeep body. So, you can't get that "finished" look that you got on your pink Rubicon with the matching trim pieces. You'd need to paint the trim pieces to get the same look.

yes you are right (: Sport and Export Sahara Models JL Wrangler Require Grille Surround Molding #6BY76TZZAA and 6CG98TZZAA. And these will come in black. In my case, since I vinyl wrapped Emily's JLUR, I vinyl wrapped these trims pieces too to match the body colour. If not, you'll have to spray it to body colour before installing onto your JL Wrangler (:
