question, could you explain why the panels have those slats in them? why have those holes as opposed to just a solid piece? thanks!

That way you can plug weld them to the existing support.

Any idea of the work done (your video0 cost ? just for sake all 6 body mounts currently 1 resting on frame. thanks for any info

Really depends on who/where it is done, labor rates vary quite a bit. If I were doing it the total would be $6-700.

Question have you thought about expanding to east coast because there is no frame repair locations where I live I would have to travel way north or way south to get work done
