All Teraflex Falcon Series 3.3 Shocks are constructed from wide 2.25" anodized 6061 aluminum rods. As a result, these shocks provide superior strength, heat dissipation, and even corrosion resistance. As an added touch, mounts are positioned in a way where they're closer to the tire. This minimizes the risk of impacting with tall boulders and other road hazards.

This minimizes the risk of impacting with tall boulders and other road hazards.
These Teraflex Falcon Series 3.3 shocks are designed in such a way where oil is much better displaced when absorbing impacts. This feature also funnels oil into the piggyback oil reservoir upon compression. This reduces failure rates and increases overall dampening performance.
All Teraflex 3.3 series shocks are notable for their built-in easy-adjust knobs. This lets users easily switch between presets for different driving conditions - all in a matter of moments. As a result, it can let you go for a more comfortable setting for city drives and a more hardcore setting for your outdoor driving adventures.
These shocks are designed for convenient bolt-on installations. As an added bonus, this allows the shocks to have the largest shock body available and makes the best use of all the available space without needing any additional vehicle modifications. terrain.jp/2VT527i

My falcon shocks in the rear of my Jeep have the reservoir at the top, so it is mounted opposite of what is shown in this video. Is that normal or was it done wrong? I had it done at a shop

Would this be fine with 2.5inch lift?
@extremeterrain
@extremeterrain 4 года назад
I'd recommend getting shocks to match your specific lift height if you can, but these 0-2 will likely be able to fit a 2.5" lift. They would just be over-extended slightly. -Zach

are these the best shocks made for wranglers? I'm thinking of getting the Teraflex 3.5 inch sport S/t3 lift kit with the falcon 3.3 shocks, just like these shocks. Do I need to add anything else to have a good lift for daily driving?

Hard to say which is "the best" since everyone has different preferences on what they like on their Jeep! TeraFlex Falcons and Fox shocks are definitely some of the best out there, though. Falcon's shocks offer really great body control and have digressive valving, so they tend to ride stiffer at lower speeds but get a little softer once at higher speeds. Fox shocks tend to ride softer on the road overall and do not offer digressive valving, but still have plenty of control while off-road. I believe the Teraflex 3.5" Sport S/T3 comes with front control arm brackets, but you should look into adjustable control arms to make sure your caster and driveline angles are all within spec. They will keep your ride feeling smoother steering sharper compared to using your stock arms. I'd recommend also looking into an adjustable track bar in order to keep your front axle centered and feeling planted. Hope this all helps! -Zach
