A steering stabilizer is supposed to take some of the shock when you hit a bump or pothole, so the steering wheel doesn’t jerk hard and you have to fight it. In other words, it’s a luxury, not a necessity for performance. This won’t fix bump steer or any wobble, but instead those problems will break your new and expensive steering stabilizer, so fix those first. This particular steering stabilizer is of high quality, so it should last a long time and make for a very comfortable experience behind the wheel. This adjustable stabilizer works on any 2007 to 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK.
Durable and Strong. Teraflex uses T6061 anodized aluminum to make this steering stabilizer, so it’s of excellent quality and is incredibly strong. This adjustable stabilizer is made to fit on stock 1-3/8-inch tie rods. The design of this steering stabilizer is patent pending, and it relocates the steering stabilizer so it’s up and out of the way, instead of hanging down where it can get caught on trail obstacles.
