Now I've gone through all of our grounds sanded them to metal sanded the wire ring to metal, they work fine when the headlamps are off but turn them on and the signal does not blink...very agrivating
Somehow, somewhere you are getting 12v shoreted to the marker/blinker. This is proven by the fact that with headlamps off, they work fine. Jeep wiring is sometimes a nightmare to work on. Check headlamp switch in dash to make sure there is not a short in switch. It could be a faulty headlamp switch as the markers and blinkers are all on same circuit under dash... sorry I can't help more.
