They had an agreement for the child why not just ask for another mediation to try to get more time. He is the father he has every right to raise his daughter and be a Dad. Jeannie may be self sufficient but she also had trauma. She did not have the most stable up bringing. The fact she really did not take the time to heal from her first marriage is why there is a repeat now with a child involved. If they both were really evolved people of their word. They would work it out for their daughter’s sake. They have the family support and resources to be conscious on the intentions they have for their daughter and the example they want to set.

I think he has a right to visitation with his child. He is complaining she is not honoring that arrangement. So he will have full custody, and she will have visitation. He is not obligated to parrot his other children relationships. Maybe the dynamics will teach him how to be better with his other children. they took my child from me, its possible. and they did it for the smallest reasons, that was a lie, saying thing I moved over the radius. I didn't even know it was a lie until my lawyer checked. but they said it was too late to fight it legally. now I'm fighting for joint custody... my ex is a narcissist and he just wants to hurt me. he doesn't love the kid. its a new age of bitter men.

I clicked on this video so fast because I knew he just wanted to hurt Jeanie because she is happy and loves the kid, everything he did was to hurt her, she must be unstoppable and happy. And the sad part is, Jezzy knows he won’t be home taking care of this little girl. It’s just him being mad at Jeannie, because she dares to challenge him. Unless there’s some harmful and dangerous behavior taking place, it’s beyond cruel and heartless to want to take a child away from their parent, especially their mom. 😔 Why can’t these two come together and work out something amicable? The constant battling back and forth will, if it’s not doing so already, have an affect on their precious little girl. Children, even at her small age, absorb soooo much. Wishing them well.

This is the third celebrity story I have seen where men get with Christian or other deeply religious, rich and high-income earning single women; then, convince them to conceive a child with them, then divorce them and the man insist on raising the child primarily and requires the mom pay child support even though they don't follow the same pattern with their other children if that mom does not have a high enough salary for the man. Has a whole child with that woman and won’t marry her because he still wants alimony from Jeannie, despite him having family wealth.
