Maybe it would have been a good idea to actually show the slides as well?

yeah this is kinda useless if we don't have the context of what they're talking about.

I am inspired by vision of Jeff Bezos. The idea of moving industry off planet is absolutely brilliant. I had never heard that before until this talk. Doing that solves many problems and simultaneously gets humanity into space with the potential for colonizing the moon and other planets in the solar system. I sincerely hope I get to be a part of this dream and make a strong contribution with my software engineering and development skills.

Earth is the most beautiful planet - couldn't agree more. Why is that? Because most of what we see here is an expression of life. Let's bring that into space and also facilitate it here much better!

Blue Origin is what happens when one of the richest people on Earth has a serious rocketry hobby. SpaceX on the other hand is a viable cash flow positive (or nearly) business. I can't believe Bezo's actually uses a turtle as a symbol. SpaceX has giant first mover advantage, not only this but they are moving faster than BO, the tortoise has no chance of catching up. By the time Bezo's actually gets around to getting to orbit SpaceX will have years of experience reusing their boosters. Already behind + moving slower = can't catch up.

SpaceX has 20 orbital launches under its belt for 2017. An even faster clip in 2018. Blue Origin has had no paying customers of any description so far and their orbital rocket has not seen first flight. BO had better get it into gear or risk giving the whole market to SX

Slow is Fast. Okay Jeff, but that's kind of Orwellian logic there.

He said slow is smooth, and smooth is fast. So slow is fast.

It depends on who is slow and what is fast. No?

Your logic is flawed = He said all men have penises, and men are humans. So all humans have penises? No.

Jeff Bezos Logic: Slow is smooth and smooth is fast ---> slow = fast? How is this guy running a rocket company?
