@prolific1518 Vanguard and Blackrock rotated out of the S&P 500 because it's earning season for regular blue chip stocks that pay dividends. I imagine they'll be back after the end of earnings season, effectively toward the end of August. Unfortunately, a lot of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) were heavily invested in this group of stocks and will have to accept the most recent losses that started on the morning of July 11th. On July 10th, in the afterhours, Nvidia traded as high as 137.00. It was as if they all became exhausted, gathered together with their hundreds of billions of dollars, and decided to rotate out of the tech sector, changing the Magnificent 7 into the Miserable 7. It was awful watching it live. Of course, I got out as soon as possible, but I did not get out unscathed. It was tragic.
