Round One: Narrow Grip Lat Pulldown: 3 Sets To Failure
Round Two: Single Arm Dumbbell Row: 3 Sets
Round Three: Straight Arm Cable Pulldown: 3 Sets To Failure
Round Four: Prone Incline Dumbbell Row: 3 Sets
Round Five: Pull-Ups: One Set
Round Six: Crab Walk: 2 Minutes
