Jeff Kirkpatrick says that a former police officer (Gregory Cody) in jail for sexually assaulting a mentally ill woman for almost a year, while on duty, was allowed to resign and collect his pension "because he's earned that". Now tax payers are paying the salary of an ex-officer accused of sexually assaulting multiple woman and being sexually inappropriate with a 14 year old girl as well. Now Jeff Kirkpatrick is running for Mayor of Lincoln Nebraska. I'm not going to vote for a man who believes my taxes should pay officer's pension who have been accused of using their position to prey on women sexually!
