Gene Simmons is a true American patriot hero. He supports our Vets and we love him. Such a great guy.

I have talked with Gene 3 times, and every time when meeting him, he has been gracious, humble and extremely appreciative. Him, Brian May and Rob Halford were the coolest rockers I have ever met. Just nice people.

I love the fact that he owns his flaws everyone knows he's a perv but he has a huge heart and when I see him do things like this for people people with special needs there really warms my heart

I'm a 60 year old American serving the Lord over here in South Africa. I've never been a Kiss fan.... although as a young man I did like their song, "Beth". In the late 70's I went more for the contemporary Christian rock scene.... with artists such as Keith Green, David Meece, and Amy Grant. I have seen through the years how we all try, and put people into nice little boxes, but with Gene Simmons I don't think that works very well. His acts of kindness and compassion were just what Jesus ordered us to do while we are on this earth. I can say in all honesty, that I truly respect this man. A man whom I thought was a crazy nut job, but it seems he had me fooled all these years, and not only me, but many of us, and isn't that grand? When even the best of us can be fooled? I think Gene has even fooled the devil? lol.... too bad for him!!! But none of us can fool God....he sees our hearts....and he sees Gene's heart, and I think he is pleased in what he sees. While here in South Africa, I've been able to produced my own Christian music album. It's not one style of music, but several. Some country songs....some classic rock songs...a worship song, and even a jazz song...lol. In my later years.... I've even surprised myself...lol. Here is a link to the one song on the album I think Kiss fans would enjoy hearing. It's song number 6 on my album and I've dedicated it to the devil. Why..... you ask? Well....lets just say that the title of the song says it all. "Devil Your Days Are Numbered" lol...and they really are! Gene Simmons is KISS !!! He's a gentle man he Has the most respect for people and it shows in his actions and speech. I've been a fan of KISS since I was a young lad in the 70's. And still at 56 rock out to KISS as much as I can.

This is brilliant, I drink sometimes, and I have sweets as well, I don't smoke used too, over 20 years ago. Gene actually looks in great shape. His humour is very much intact. Seen Kiss on their Alive/Worldwide Tour, in New Zealand in 1996/1997. Not too big for fans, that's important.

Meet Gene in 1997 at the lobby of Hyatt Hotel in Buenos Aires. Nice and humble. He even told the bodyguards to relax and withdrawn...he signed patienly my booklets of both Alive! and Destroyer. Gave us (my wife was with me) a hug and continue to breakfast. Rockstars breakfast at 02:30 PM. Thanks Gene. You are the best.

This is amazing!!! I am not a KISS fan but I can tell you that Gene Simmons gets it and seems so humble here. All I can say is WOW!!! What an amazing guy. The best videos of him are the make a wish thing he did for the two brothers, any time he meets with the vets and when he talks about what his mother went through during the Holocaust.

I'm more impressed by Jeff and his outward honesty than anything else.

Gene is so misinterpretated, everyone thinks he's just about money, money money but when you actually meet him, he is one of the sweetest nicest guys you'd ever meet. I have the honor to meet him back in 2002. He was doing a book signing in security at the bookstore kicked us out because we weren't buying the book so we were in the back parking lot sitting there. Bummed out when his limo pulled up he gets out and ask what we were doing outside told Gene, what happened and he said bull crap come with me brought us back into the bookstore everyone cheered then he asked them. Do you mind if these two fellas cut in line and then we got an autograph and took a picture with him? He's a real stand-up guy
