TBH I think mainly only diehard fans of these guys or this particular style will rock with it or call it the best. They tend to just go completely random off topic every two three minutes. It has almost no structure. Its basically what would happen if a group of guys on the corner just sat down and start talking but recording what they say. Gil's Arena, Nightcap & even It Is What Is are better in my opinion. This video I clicked on it to hear what they had to say about Doc... and... they didn't really say anything... then went off on a tangent within couple minutes.

@@aaronmock6157 I should also add Podcast P to the above list on better sports/ basketball pods out there. But yeah Gil overall has the best show. Not just about trash talking but actual legit sports takes. They'd spend a significant time on ONE topic per segment rather than go all over the place. And it still keeps an authentic entertaining improv vibe to it. & I think a big reason why it has structure is due to the producer and the host. Thats what these guys are missing. Without a host or a producer active behind the scenes, it just sounds like a bunch of rambling literally every couple of minutes. Hard to listen to at times.

What is it with Doc? Are there no other options out there for coaches? Look at Marc Jackson for example. Some people attribute the Warriors supreme offense on him. They said Kerr just banked on the offense he had already created and did some personality management, but he would be a great option.

The East has been the weaker conference for awhile now. Nothing new. If this same Lakers lineup was in the East, they would be a 3 or 4 seed. A certain player that has gone to the Finals 10xs would NOT have had 8 consecutive Finals appearances had he been in the Western Conference.

Jordan dominated a league where he had no competition at his position, the best assembled team and supporting cast, the best players in the 90s were bigs, 5 expansion teams and definitely the best rebounders and defenders in Horace Grant and Dennis Rodman, and Scottie who at the time was the best all around wing in the NBA that ran an offense to limit Jordan's touches. The only thing you Jordan fans can bring up is Finals records cause that's all yall got, Jordan took advantage of an Era that was weak compared to what he and his team was doing.

The East isn't as week as it looks. The injury luck in the East was terrible this year. All the good teams lost so many games due to injury. The top of the West has some very decent injury luck. It just isn't as lopsided as it looks. The West is better but not that much better.
