How would you go about getting full active knee flexion while being strong in the position? What loaded movement would you suggest? Do you have any knee videos/content? Appreciate your work.🙏🏾

At what point in the half Jefferson do the hips change from PPT?

Aim to maximize as much flexion as possible with ppt before doing so which is the primary goal with the wall reference at the start. ✌🏼
