You can tell this was probably like right after Jeffrey played as Thomas Wayne in Batman v Superman because he had to shave his face other then the mustache and you can see that the mustache is longer then all of the other hair on his face

Having seen their Instagram posts I'd have to disagree, I think Jeffrey isn't for public displays of affection and this is in a sense a business meeting not exactly the place for being smitten.
