To clarify-the Supreme Court determined in Trump v. Anderson that States cannot enforce the Insurrection Clause against federal officeholders to strip candidates from the ballot. The per curiam decision also set forth a standard in dealing with such cases (i.e., only Congress can create and enforce such means) by analogzing to Section 5. Justice Barrett concurred as to Sections I and II-B, asserting the court didn’t need to reach the hypothetical standards. She nevertheless argued the public should focus on how the court unanimously agrees States cannot enforce the Insurrection Clause on federal officeholders/candidates; rather than angrily highlighting the standard chosen to classify who can handle insurrection disputes. Justices Kagan, Jackson, and Sotomayor concurred in the judgment , criticizing the Court for expounding on the hypothetical standard when the issue wasn’t before the court. The Court did not rule on Trump’s immunity (appealed seperately) or whether an insurrection did in fact occur.

Maybe you think God has chosen Trump. Who chose Biden? Obama? Bill Clinton? Carter? Carter was a very humble and godly man. Trump only pretends to like churchgoers because he wants their votes. He can't even pronounce the word "evangelical ". God wants us to love our neighbors . Please search your heart and ask if you hate other Americans. Ask if you're supporting Trump because you hope he will smite those you hate. Then ask yourself, am l really doing as Jesus commanded?

Foolish to think that a God would consider even give Trump a thought, when he has been in Hell for years already.
