I broke my heart.. but Jesus rescued me. How loving that is.. I want to please the father now more than ever and his true word in scriptures... I love Jesus very much now. Theyve shut him out of everyone's life whoever joins that cult. I hope they do get stopped preaching lies that GB are evil ❤️

It took me years of prayer and research to untangle the twisted theology of this cult. I now have full confidence The father is YHWH The son is YHWH AND The Holy Spirit is YHWH if you are ready to let scripture speak for itself the truth will shine through. I promise. ❤️

You have to realize that JWs often say, "We aren't that far apart" when trying to convince others that their religion is the only "truth"; because that is what they've said to ME. So, in the minds of JWs, they believe there is just a small issue of whether or not there is a "trinity" doctrine. However, in reality, the JWs aren't anything close to teaching the Truth. Every JW that comes out of this cult has to come to grips that EVERYTING they've been taught is subject to scrutiny. EVERYTHING. It's no small matter, and it STARTS with the person of Jesus. That is why JWs will bury their heads in the sand. When the real Truth is spoken, it hurts them, so much that is can be quite terrifying; because how terrifying is it when you realize your own mother and father were duped into a cult? Pretty terrifying, isn't it. Not to mention that even just vocalizing a disagreement with the org will bring judgement and ostracizing that would cripple the average person. In all reality, a JW needs to forget EVERYTHING they've been taught by the cult leadership and START with Jesus. HE is the Alpha and Omega, the Way the Truth and the Life. He is the Door, the Prince of Peace, the Mighty God, Everlasting Father. He is "The Almighty" (Rev. 1:8) He is the Master, Redeemer, Teacher and Friend. he is the eternal God who formed you from the womb, and He is the Creator and Sustainer of the Universe. He is our All in All. .....not an angel. So, dump everything you've been taught, and start over with John 1: 1 without the WT goggles. Let the Scripture speak for itself, without the leaven of the WT.

@@lifeissimplepodcast I’m a former JW. I have tried and studied the trinity for the last 6 years I have been out. It simply doesn’t make sense. Depending on how you read the Bible anyone can make it say whatever they want it to. That’s why there are thousands of religions. Something so confusing just doesn’t seem like it would originate with a “God of order” like we are taught. Bornean pickets a former elder does a great job explaining it all.

All of us??? Even the ones with say, 80 IQ? 75 IQ? If not them then who do they follow? Im not at all a KJV Bible person bit i dont think this paradigm is solid either.

@@srich7503 there is an argument that KJV could be the easier to memorise and read than modern versions. What is important is clearest in the KJV because of the missing verses in the critical text theory. Someone may struggle initially but reading it as a final authority would be the safest way to avoid deception whatever the IQ.

Sounds like you are making an argument that it is easier to read and memorize even for those people that simply cannot read and this KJV is coming in an era where literacy rates were extremely low, as low as 5% some reports say. So i think this claim is not too solid or not very favorably salvific for those people. The fact that there was no Bible in the church for quite some time, actually until the 5th century in terms of the full 27 book NT canon, should tell you that it is not the Bible itself that is the issue at all much less the issue of final authority.

@@srich7503 Their are excellent recordings of the KJV available for those that cannot read. The issue is always final authority whether people are aware of it or not. If you read the church fathers they give testimony of the final and utmost importance of scripture in refuting heresy the church obviously helps decimate and interpret scripture but without a perfect infallible final authority from God we are always at the mercy of corrupt leaders and there is no church that has authority built on anything other than scripture. As the creed says even the resurrection rests on scripture “according to the scriptures”… no other Bible is seriously touted as a perfect translation although their are many older Bibles that are worthy of consideration and comparison but from what I’ve seen the KJV comes out on top every time.

Then there are those who believe otherwise. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Yes there are excellent recording - today, but not in the era of poor illiteracy. That was the point, not today. I do read the church fathers and they do give testimony - but NOT to what you profess. Please show me where the church fathers, before the 5th century ALL, 100% agreed, on the 27 book NT canon. Please show me in the church fathers writings that their would-be canons of scriptures were not GROWING during this era. Please show me which church fathers were at the councils of Hippo, Rome and Carthage and what was their purpose if there was no need for an authoritative voice from them. I will be waiting anxiously…
