This is one of my oldest decks that have gotten few upgrades so I am really happy to revisit this deck and talk about it again. Jeleva is a commander that can attack opponents by destroying their deck removing their combos. But this can also win the game in magic the gathering. If they don't have a deck they die. So it is both wincon and interaction at the same time.

This deck isen't trying to give away card draw. We wanna slowdown the game not speed it up. So those wheels are only good if we have the anti card draw. and we could exile the anti card draw.

I’ve been brewing a deck very similar to this, and it’s been a lot of fun. I didnt focus entirely on the mill gameplan, instead also including a subfocus on infinite mana etc. Main goal is still control and then cast Jeleva a lot, for a lot of mana and profit from there.

I think he is playable for a different reason. He is a semi grand abolisher at one player. You can play a dimir turbo combo deck with a midrange commander basically.

I really loved the Moxnix brew of Jeleva Doomsday storm, especially in 1v1 it was challenging and fun to play. I am glad to see this old skool general getting some love once more.

I'm definitely very late to this video😂 but Jeleva can win a lot faster with infinite combos like Worldgorger combo with her on the field, dockside/cloudstone plus a sac outlet and a few other ways I can think of. I'm so excited to make this deck. Thanks for the ideas!

Could you do ISO + scepter combo for infinite mana and then a sac outlet for the win? Could be easy for RUB to pull off.

Sounds like a lot of cards for a combo we could exile. Sometimes it is just better to make sure your opponents win and that = and means you win. Eventually.

Correct. I don't really bring this to live streams or other places. It works. But it works soo slow that you need to have players kinda ready for it. You know this really brings out people true colors of cEDH. And people really reac differently to this deck.
