Какая большая ферма грибная,на открытом воздухе! У нас тоже в лесу растет этот гриб,но его никто не собирает,так как много более вкусных рядом. Но опыт интересный. Если сушка обязательна,то у него ,скорее всего,эфирные масла непригодны в пищу. Какой на вкус этот гриб? Расширяющее кругозор видео,спасибо!
Сушка не обязательна. Можно есть после отваривания. Просто хрустящий, по сути не особо ароматный, вкуса своего особо не имеет. У нас предпочитает берега водоемов, бузину. Растет зимой в том числе =)
