My mom's through me out, I got kicked out of 2 homeless shelters for fighting. But your music gave me something to look forward to and you pretty much said everything I was feeling. Song reminds me a bit of my late brother, and the situation I'm currently in with me wife being in jail, accusing me of cheating when I haven't but apparently, I don't know how to articulate the fact so somehow anything and everything I do is wrong, n now taking care of our 3 kids and still going to work n having my mom watch them.... My brother btw as in a coma for 17 years since he was 14 before he died... "I don't wanna wake up, I'm living in a dream right now." Reminds me of him and the fact the only time I'm really at rest is when I'm unconscious n makes me burst into tears at the thought of never waking up...

I have been recovery for over 10 years now and it is one of the hardest battles I've ever fought in my life and still do at times when I hear a song that takes me back to my old ways or if I run into one of my old running buddy's. But one of the hardest things to deal with is to your adult son addiction and being in denial and feel like he is out of control and no matter what I tell him he thinks he's fine..

She was the most amazing mother, hard worker, friend, girlfriend, and an all around genuine good person. I could’ve never seen it coming but she passed away a few minutes later in an accident. I come back here often. I guess today I just felt compelled to say something.
