It seemed only fitting during the quarantine that I would perform some of my favorite songs to help y'all get through these times. Our first installment features a medley of 'Only' and 'Love The Heartless'. The boys and I played these things live without a click track and I hope y'all enjoy the change up. I've always felt making music was very therapeutic for me, and I hope someone who needs this hears it.
We filmed these at the Amber Sound in Nashville, Tennessee. I'm a sucker for a vibe in music - that feeling when a sound completely shifts the mood of a room. This vibe was more like an indie rock house show than a studio, which left me feeling inspired. Let me know what y'all think in the comments below.

I found Jelly Roll about 10 months ago, quite by accident, on RU-vid. I have never heard anyone who can put into words, exactly how I have felt for most of my 53 years. I have always felt ashamed of what is down deep in my soul, because the church seems to be uninterested in the pain. It’s always “give it to God,” and it will all be ok. For the first time, I no longer feel like I am not good enough for anyone, especially God. Jelly Roll has brought me so far from where I used to be. Unhappy, sad, suicidal, worthless. I am in therapy and she has helped me understand why I am drawn to his music. The exact words do not apply to me, but what it means is everything. We have taken the lyrics and gone through them to really help me work through the feelings of unworthiness, anger, brokenness, fear, rejection. And it has given me a clarity and acceptance of these feelings and no longer being ashamed of my story. People may not believe God can use this music to heal those He loves, but I am convinced Jelly Roll is living his purpose by helping broken people heal. Thank you Jelly Roll and Struggle Jennings.

I can so relate to this song right now in my life! Depression,PTSD, suffered from emotional , verbal, mental, and physical abuse, molested as a child, and addiction have ruled my life for so long . I just keep praying 🙏

I was addicted to pills for 15 years. November 30th I will be clean 8 years. My husband who passed away last year was the only person who could make me see where I was going to end up. Please stay strong and dont stop believing you can get clean.

Dear jelly roll, I've been released from prison for the 5th time. Your music has helped me stay sober from drugs because of my wife and kids. They listen to your music with me when I feel like I wanna use and cry with me when I struggle with my addiction. They know that 8m having a hard time when I listen to you and others.
