I am hoping I can do this for my granddaughters birthday party. They are doing a mermaid theme, I have a little over a month but so many things planned between now and then!

It's actually very easy to make... all materials are bought in Dollar tree. Your granddaughter will definitely love the decorations, Also Watch the DIY corals it will make your decorations more colorful 😊🥰
