Damn she felt the message of the song down to her core. Jennie said that the message of Solo is that your existence alone is enough for you to shine. Damn right! No lie, SOLO is in my TOP 3 favorite songs from the “Blackpink Universe”. JENNIE really snapped in this one. The lyrics, the message, her vocals, the dope ass rap verse, the outfits, the locations, her charisma, everything. And the fact that JENNIE didn’t take a back seat in this, she was involved in every single aspect from top to bottom. Wow. Mad props to her.

Being solo has been the best thing I ever did for myself, time after time I got wrapped up into toxic relationships and having great difficulty breaking free. Part of me knew that I deserved better but there was also that part that was too scared to be out there and alone, and guess what? As shit as my life is I enjoy being alone better than being stuck with absolute trash.
