Yea now most of it is about how tedros F Jocelyn.. I'd still say this isn't a bad show... It's showing reality of how music industry sees humans Kpop fans should take a note and invest more time in their lives rather than watching every single content companies put out.. it's not only artists that are treated less than humans... Fans are the main source, and we give them our time/life for what??

Plot : Dyanne and Jocelyn had been best friends since they were little. Both grown together loving music and singing. As they got older, they showed their talent together off as a duo during auditions and shows. Both of them got recognized by a big label that wanted to sign them, but it only has to be one of them. Dyanne or Jocelyn. This will cause their friendship to break and maybe be rivals against each other in a male dominate industry. What will happen to their relationship?. Honestly I’d be cool to see Dyanne and Jocelyn as the main characters and then going against each other for the chance of the spotlight and fame.

Not really, the clip in episode two clearly shows her plotting with tedros on a table.

She’s definitely a villain. Not because of taking the record deal and the song. But her relationship with Tedros, whatever it is. They’re plotting something or they done something for sure.

I haven’t seen all of it, but for this particular scene I have to agree. It doesn’t really help that this show just isn’t very good either, so I kind of feel bad for her.

I hope u know that there’s a lot of actors who has to change their accent for a role and they DO NOT mumble at all, she clearly hasn’t put enough work in it to hide her accent and sound more like her character

@@kawsxx21 I've been a fan of her since she debuted and her english has never been as good or as fluent as for example Rosé's but i know she's fluent, we need to take into consideration that Jennie learned english in New Zealand and changing her accent to an american one can be very difficult for her causing her to not articulate the clearest, but she definitely has put enough effort, in the series there are people like Lily, The Weeknd, Troye that have english as their first language and Jennie doesn't seem to have a problem in keeping up conversations with them, this is the only scene where she mumbled a little but its because she's whispering and speaking softly, when we to try to speak in a more polished/refined way can cause us to mumble specially if english is not our native tongue, so i don't think its fair to say she has not put enough effort based on one mistake.

so you're missing all the subtext this scene is supposed to have (Dyanne is actually stabbing Jocelyn in the back) because Jennie isn't capable of acting any of it. her nerves; her feeling sorry -- that's all supposed to be surface-level with something much more sinister going on beneath that. but it's not coming through in Jennie's acting, unfortunately.

I mean the final person who got to call the shots regarding filming cuts Jennie's scene way more leaving her barely minimum lines and exposure, from that how could you tell that's her acting is bad? She’s suppose to sound like the fake friend that’s pretending that like she cares about what joss thinks even tho she signed anyways but she’s not giving any of that. There is no subtle “i’m actually being fake sincere” moment on her face that the audience is actually suppose to catch. Lily is suppose to act like she’s happy for dyanne but deep inside feels hurt that easily reads with the little stops lily does and how she congratulates dyanne. Jennie’s facial expressions doesn’t seem to fit the scene at all, it just comes across as awkward. She’s not only suppose to seem concerned, she’s suppose to look concerned with the hint of fake sincerity. Since the show clearly shows as that dyanne signed before talking to joss, this moment is clearly insincere. Jennie looks and sounds exactly like who she’s, a person who isn’t actually an actor. Just says that you can’t take criticism and go. You’re hardcore defending the acting abilities of a person who never had acting classes to begin with.
