Hey Charlotte :) the eyebrow makeup is amazing, looks very youthful and natural on the model! Also the lipliner suits the model really well! All in one i think eyebrows, enhance-shade on the lids, some mascara and the lipliner alone would have been great. In my opinion the blush together with the bronzer added too much color to the face (since the eyes had some eyeshadow on too!). When it comes to the lips i feel like the gloss overpowered the look a bit. I really liked the natural sophisticated lip and i think it went really well with the shimmery eye-make up. The gloss added just too much sparkle and took away the attention of the beautiful assembling of the mute colors that you did on the lids. I think that you have beautiful, unique "signiture" products (i have some of your lipsticks and browpencils!). I think by using only a few of them in your tutorials you could make a bigger impact. I feel like using many different products on a small surface makes things blur easely and you can't distinguish the products and the way they act on the skin anymore if that makes any sense. :)

Sechari I have two of her foundations and her counter staff always try to get to to buy a colour that's 2 shades more tan than my actual face colour. They are very warm shades from my experience.

Use the techniques she shows you and find similar colours to what you currently have. When you can invest in a great lipstick colour or eye palette, very worth it. I'm a single mom and in university part time. I would love to buy more but I just can't afford it. This is what I do. I do have a few of her products plus drug store buys and make up gifts given to me. I just follow the techniques and use what I have. Charlotte taught me how to do my own make up and I'm grateful for that.

but they are super thin layers only in the areas needed...that is the difference....layering is what helps it looks like skin and actually all mesh together.

As much as I love these videos and CT's makeup, it would be good to see her use non super models or just your average woman. In fairness, this girl could wear the worst makeup in the world and still look incredible! I just want to see real women wearing this makeup.

While I love CT and her videos, there seems to be little diversity in the women she uses as models. Most of them are already a 10 and need very little makeup to enhance their natural beauty. Please use models that are more reflective of an every day woman, i. e. someone with dark spots, acne or wrinkles. We are all not perfect. Diversity is a beautiful thing. I just wish that makeup gurus reflected this in their videos. Lisa Eldridge is one who is a great example of this.

Eva Seidl I volunteer to be a model! Lol! I'm 44 and I started a channel a while ago to try and fill a much needed void in the RU-vid makeup world. This age group really seems to be ignored. Tutorials are either done on 20 somethings or 50 somethings. 35-49 are the "no one cares about you" years apparently!

Lol Charlotte its amazing how youve built your brand but you never work on older women or mature skin, rarely on black or asian women, and never on women that arent considered typically "attractive". Its easy to make a 9/10 to look 10/10. Average people buy from your brand too itd be nice to have some representation on your channel!

Ms Kafashian she does have a video on here where she does makeup on mature skin, and it's her own mother that she does it on 😉 I have been obsessively watching her videos lately and that's one of the ones I watched too. I believe it is a couple years back though.

Ms Kafashian are you sure you're talking about Charlotte? Look through her videos, check out her website. She's forever working on women from different ethnicities. She also has a decent amount of videos with mature women (even with her mum). I think it's unfair to say that she doesn't use diverse ethnic models, who are all incredibly beautiful.

Princess Sparkle she has no more than 5 videos using different ethnic models, rarely any on women with real wrinkles and having some dark shade ranges on the website is not enough! We make up a strong number of her consumers itd be nice to see her products a) being used on average looking women b) more than a yearly tutorial using a pakistani model c) see the claims of these anti ageing softening products being used on women with wrinkles Representation matters!

I love your videos so much and always look forward to the next ones:) however it would be very nice and refreshing if you could do some makeup tutorials on Black and Asian women too:) Being asian, my eye lids are different than most of the models you've worked with so far so it's a little harder to relate to when it comes to certain techniques to contour the eyes haha:) I would really love it if there were more videos that each took turns on teaching different looks to other nationalities as well that way we can learn more helpful tips to help with our own makeup!:)

As a medium-dark skinned person with relatively good skin and slight pigmentation (I wear charlottes magic foundation shade 9.5), I can say charlotte tilbury's makeup range is completely worth the price. Especially, if you use her stuff in combination with one another.

This make-up was meant for a 48year-old woman, so common sense dictates: reproduce it on s.o. in that age range. Not on a 20year old and, on top of it, a model! If I were a woman, I would feel insulted. What’s the use of this video? I don’t get it.

smileforhiba it's so you can almost see the end result, and how much of your makeup will be covered by lashes. But if you're doing your own your eyes will be open so it's gonna be harder to do.

smileforhiba as a makeup artist myself.. it makes sense to curl lashes first so you don't smudge the look you've created with the lash curler, especially if you intend on doing liquid liner.. if you find your lashes are in the way look down into a compact mirror.. 😊x

when she is putting it on the model it doesn't make much of a difference...when you are doing it on yourself you are coming from underneath so the angle it makes it more difficult.

Honestly Charlottes makeup really does work in everyone no matter what the age. I think it's because it has a lot of emollient and anti aging ingredients. Also when you go in selfridges, there are ALWAYS swarms of ppl around her counter no matter what time of day it is. That says something...

It would be so nice to watch a video of Charlotte's without her plugging every single product. Yes your make up is amazing, we get it! You sell enough of it .. calm down with the overkill.
